We took a copy of her license to them the day after she got her license. I noticed she was not on our policy. We again took her license down to them 2 days ago. I checked, still not added. I just got off the phone with Nationwide who verified she was not on the policy. A representative added her for me. Lack of follow up & performing their services. What would have happened if God forbid she had been in an accident? i definitely got banes if different agents in our are!
