You can tell Dr. Pugh is very skilled and has a lot of experience. The entire staff is awesome!! They didn't let me get too nervous and re-assured me the whole time. I had a root canal and Dr. Pugh called me herself later that evening just to check on me and make sure my pain level was manageable. I won't be hesitating to go back, for cleanings or anything else.

He never gave me a head scan for my wisdom teeth even though I'm 22 and should have had them out years ago according to the surgeon. He did a in house root canal that should have been referred out as it was a 4 rooted tooth and it took him 2 days. He is money hungry to say the least. I now go to a new dentist that had to redo all of my fillings because they had black under them meaning he did a very poor job. He takes no ownership for things he does wrong. Just don't go there

Dr. Marshall was very professional and also explained what she was going to do. After numbing around the tooth to be extracted, I hardly knew when she actually extracted the tooth. They were very thorough in explaining what to expect in the next few days. I had no complications whatsoever and would highly recommend Dr. Marshall to my family and friends. What really put icing on the cake was when I got a call personally from Dr. Marshall herself the evening after my extraction. She called to see how I was doing. She and her staff were very caring. I did get a follow-up call later on the day of the procedure. Within a couple of days, the pain level was down to 1 on a scale of 1 to 10 (the site hurt a bit when I smile, but that's about it). I recommend anyone in the area that needs a dental procedure to see Dr. Marshall, you will have a phenomenal experience!
