I had to conversations with him today regarding a claim that we have had ongoing since may from roof damage and from the very first call today he was cutting me off, talking down to me, speaking to me like a child, And also told me their foremost policies would cover my roof damage and replace my Roof Only to find out that they have exclusions to replace any roof with Foremost from damage to shingles. And he said when he originally read my policy he thought it sounded like a good thing and now he realizes it's a "really really bad thing." So great, now that will cost me 10,000 to fix out-of-pocket because he doesn't know his policy. I could have gotten past that except for his extreme rudeness to me and I mentioned to him how as a customer I really don't appreciate being spoken to the way he is speaking to me and then he was extremely defensive, told me he would send me the recording so I could hear if he was rude or not and I asked him to please do and I would appreciate if he would listen to it as well. Then he said "hmm I'll think about it." I honestly could've got past the part of him not knowing how his policies work and costing me money because I believe everyone makes mistakes but the way he spoke to me as a customer was so unacceptable and rude. Not sure if this is exactly where I should be reviewing this, but it looks right, so here I go!…read more After several attempts to E file, my AGI was coming back wrong....and it was driving me effing crazy. I was looking in the correct line of my 1040 and was SURE nothing was wrong. GIVE ME MY MONEY! After a failed attempt of getting help at the local HR block, I decided to start recalling the IRS # for help. Its SO busy right now that they don't even give you a wait time, they just tell you to hang up. Man, how frustrating! I tried 1st thing in the morning, no luck. I tried a few hours later, no luck. ARRGH! FINALLY, at about 430 pm on a Monday after a 10 min wait, I got through! A wonderful man answered my call and was VERY helpful. He asked me a slew of security questions to make sure that I was me, and low and behold, he had my correct AGI and Pin! I don't know what going on with the IRS and why they have a different AGI than I have printed on my 2007 tax form, but its worth calling and figuring out. This man was so helpful, kind and patient. I never in a million years thought I would be giving the IRS 4 stars, and in reality, I am not. I am giving this helpful guy (ID#0807006) the stars. The IRS can still suck it cause they have some serious issues to clear up, but this guy, despite I'm sure, probably 1000 calls that day, held it together and got the job done. So thank you Mr Id badge 0807006, you just made my taxes FINALLY go through, and for that, here is a Budweiser.
