Well, I followed in those same footsteps, and I religiously go and see Cheryl Cagle every year, and watch her put my taxes together like a pro. I honestly have NEVER been able to stump her with a tax question. They have always treated me very professionally but they also have personalities (a rarity these days). The Tax Shelter is by no means the corporatized tax prep place, so expect to be treated like a person and not a number. This antiquated firm ruined my 2024 taxes as now I need to pay penalties for the late filings.

These people lied to me, did an incompetent job, quoted $1,200.00 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy but charged me $1,850.00 so far, bungled the petition, put incorrect information on the petition and duplicated two debts, is not protecting my legal interests or representing me properly, and effectively hung me out to dry...Just so that they could get their $1,850.00 in fees! They really DO NOT CARE about me, or what they have done! I've talked to other attorneys and they have told me that I didn't need to declare bankruptcy at all! They claimed that my student loan could be part of the bankruptcy then wanted another $3,500.00 to address that! I really can't even begin to address the problems about this firm, this attorney, their paralegals, and the problems that they've gotten me into over what should have been a simple bankruptcy...One that I never should have filed if I had gotten competent legal advice! I will be filing complaints with the Georgia Bar Association over his conduct!
