Agents are not allowed to publish "city park " photos that are not "HOA" parks for private use, and adding landscape and grass to a bare yard are also apparently considered off-limits with Metrolist, even with actual and stage-labeled pics in succession! Todds Foto folks took all these photos for us at their choice, and we had to remove those mentioned after receiving a warning from Metrolist. Our MLS says you can stage, but not enhance your photos :-) Lesson learned!

Especially for us old timers just send the pictures in a file attached to the email so they can be easily downloaded and saved to my computer.
