Anne-Claire is a master of her craft. I lucked into meeting her at 2 of my best friends' weddings. They are both art directors and hired Anne-Claire without knowing the other did too. If that is not a sign I don't know what is. When it was my turn to plan a wedding she was the first person I reached out to. We didn't have a date, venue, or really anything. All I knew for certain is all my other decisions would be made around her availability. Her work speaks for itself. While researching photographers, few came even close to her fine art quality photos. Working with her is a dream, and she made the planning and actual wedding day effortless and stress-free. On the morning of my wedding, she made me feel comfortable and was somehow magically present to take pictures but invisible at the same time. Even with a micro wedding of 8 people, looking at the photos and angles she was able to capture is astonishing. Anne-Claire was flexible too and when I wanted to look for a spot I had seen from the venue website, we took a detour. We didn't find the same green lush area due to the season, but with her masterful eye, she was able to capture some of the most unique photos through the branches of a magnolia tree. She has a natural talent and trained eye able to capture moments perfectly in an instant. I don't know what she does to the photos during color correction but they look like paintings and works of art. The whole day was a magical dream and she was able to capture the emotions and ambiance with a camera. She went above and beyond to surprise us with the most eye-dropping photography sneak peeks a couple of days later. Since our wedding was a secret I was able to quickly add them to our wedding site to share with our family and friends. Everyone was blown away and still raves about the photography and those were the sneak peeks! When the rest of the 800+ photos arrived my mind was blown. Every photo was perfect. We hired Anne-Claire for our engagement photos. She helped us to pick the best location for what we had in mind, and worked to understand exactly what we wanted before our shoot. During the photoshoot, she helped us to feel comfortable (we are both a bit camera shy), and showed us some pictures 3/4 of the way through to make sure she had captured everything we had in mind. Oh gosh....how do I possibly begin to expand upon the wonder that is Anne-Claire? My now husband and I live in Atlanta, and decided to have a small, intimate, family only wedding in Sonoma County, CA. After spending hours online searching for the perfect photographer, my sister and I happened to stumble across Anna's Instagram page, and I knew that my search was over. From our first interaction, Anna was reactive, accommodating, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was incredibly nervous that we wouldn't be able to meet with Anna prior to our wedding week, but from the moment that we met (3 days before the wedding for our engagement pictures), I knew that my nerves were silly. She absolutely went out of her way to accommodate all of our special requests, including various family and vineyard photos. Anne-Claire is the BEST and her photography is fantastic!! I wouldn't hesitate even one second to recommend her for wedding photos (or really any occasion). We got married in New York City this past January. From our first contact before the event, she was extremely engaged and responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making our wedding photos exactly what we wanted them to be. We spoke over Skype and over email a few times leading up to the day and I was consistently impressed with her high level of service. She also worked very well with my wedding planner. On the day of, I couldn't have been happier working with Anne-Claire. I honestly really don't like getting my picture taken and I was pretty sure I would feel super uncomfortable in front of the camera. However, that wasn't the case at all with Anne-Claire! She made me feel completely comfortable and was super encouraging. I also often forgot that someone was taking my picture, which is probably the best way to feel. I always felt like she was taking the necessary pictures, but was certainly not in our way or anything like that. Anne-Claire is also just a really nice person and who doesn't want to be surrounded by nice people on your wedding day!! She was lovely to chat with on the day of and really made the whole photo process super easy. We had a big wedding party (16 people and some additional family members) and everything still went smoothly. I actually told Anne-Claire before the wedding that I had never seen a picture of myself that I liked so I was pretty nervous to get the photos back. However, the photos are AMAZING! She got them back to us super quickly and I was most impressed with how she was able to capture all of the "moments" of the day. Anne-Claire is the absolute sweetest and wonderful to work with. We were planning to get married in Healdsburg CA the weekend of the wildfires in October 2018 and ended up having to move our wedding to San Francisco with 48 hours notice.
