The reason I am giving a 1-star review is because of the incorrect/incomplete information we were provided when we received our estimate. 1- The salesman told us we would have 6 months of no payments and then 9.9% interest with $99/month afterward. This didn't happen- we received a payment due notification the month after the install was complete and aren't able to provide the finance company the paperwork we were given because it's not "a signed contract" (first mistake on our part). 2- Despite reaching out to the salesman via email multiple times, we never received a callback or even an acknowledgment of the emails. 3- Despite my husband reaching out via phone and being told a supervisor/manager would call back, no one has returned the call. Overall we feel like we were pressured into making a decision the day we were given the estimate. The salesman gave us an estimate and then told us they couldn't honor the estimate unless we booked right then and there; being led to believe that we were being given a great discount. It's not buyer's remorse because our bathroom really needed to be done; we just feel like we couldn't wait on making a decision with the tactics used.

My advice is to go somewhere else because you deserve to be treated better. Danielle deliberately hangs up on us repeatedly, when we called. Her attitude needs serious help and I have referred some great clients to this company and a large remodeler, but their referrals end here today.
