Instead I had a terrible experience and have never been so guilted for my decision on what to purchase in my life. We had shopped at Home Depot for shades and we wanted a second opinion and another business to refer too after needing to return our first set of shades. At first Mary was helpful in options and recommendations though I felt a bit pressured when it came to their installation fees along with their fee for measuring which I felt comfortable doing myself. After getting their estimate I politely responded by thanking Mary for her help but as of right now their prices were out of our comfort zone. Soon after I got a response (which I will share below) saying their products are better because of their quality and that I would replace my shades well before theirs if I went with Home Depot or Menards. I don't know why she thought this was appropriate to guilt someone based on their decision but I have never, in 11 years of retail and customer service, ever done so because an item was more than a guest wished to pay, let alone disrespect our competitors. She also told me I should return a free sample she gave me while treating me like someone's child. I wish them the best of luck but will never return for their service. I also hope I can warn others through my terrible experience.

Got the marketing flyer in the mail after moving to the area. Called them up and had a…read moreconsultation with Rob. Was interested in smart shades. They offer Lutron, which is nice, though quite expensive (not their fault, that is just how much they are). Their marketing flyer did not mention that their discount from the flyer would not apply to smart shades. That was disappointing. Rob was awesome and quoted us for our entire house. We only went forward with our living room, but will keep them in mind for future projects. I drove to their sales floor / office to pay for them in person. They were nice to ask if we preferred if they wore masks (mid COVID) during their install and consultation. Nobody wore them at their sales floor / office however. Shades came a bit later than I believe I was told and expected. Not a big deal. They were professionally installed by Rob & John and I am very happy with them. One small hiccup was that the distance between our router and the shades exceeded the manufacturer recommended distance, so they could not all be paired accurately during the install. I ended up buying and installing the repeater on my own, which was not hard, but it would have been nice if this was offered during install and consultation. There was a slight miscommunication during the consultation in regards to where our internet was being transmitted from. I referred to our repeater, not the modem, but since the repeater does not have an ethernet port, it could not be used for the bridge. During our consultation, it was mentioned that there are low profile window ratchets to hide under the shades. I forgot to ask about them when they were installing and they didn't offer them then. It was not until after they left that it was remembered (by my wife). It would have been nice to have seen them in person when they were here. He offered to come back out so we can check them out. That was a nice gesture, but one that could have been avoided. Not a big deal again, but just a couple of very minor things. Not that I would not recommend them. Very happy with the finished product! Overall experience was 4/5, finished product 5/5.

They told me they were 99% sure what it was based off how I described the operation and, unfortunately, I'd most likely need a new furnace. But they would send someone out next day to make sure since it was getting cold out. They came out next day and ran through the test with me, explaining what was wrong. We determined I did need a new furnace, why my current one couldn't be repaired, talked options and made an order. They were back out the next week, in peek season, to install my new furnace. I had Heat just in time for the cold snap. Everyone I dealt with was professional and honest and I was so impressed I chose them to do all the heating and cooling work on my new construction the following year. I see negative reviews and cannot even imagine that these are the same people I dealt with.
