Now I've been in charge of the "landscaping" of my yard, so let's just say it was an absolute nightmare to begin with...I mean bad...to the point I almost (notice I said almost) went and cleaned it up before they came. These guys went nuts. Within a couple hours all the over grown bushes were trimmed down, the scrub was cleaned up and I was left with this awesome looking yard I hadn't seen since what seems like the dawn of time. The first snow removal season there were a few hiccups, but since then we've been very happy overall with their work. The landscape crew are knowledgeable as to when and how shrubs should be pruned, and when (in 2016) we had a drought they spent additional time here on special projects since they couldn't now. The people working for them are polite and courteous with the unit owners, and the owner has worked with the Board to address concerns and answer questions.
