I had Clearview install windows in my home over 2 years ago. During installation, there were issues, but Clearview addressed them. Today one of my windows developed a stress fracture. I contacted Clearview, and had a prompt reply that it would be a warranty repair. A few hours later, Ron called to tell me it would not be a warranty repair. I did not understand why it was no longer a warranty claim. The window failed. Ron indicated it was a two-year warranty. There was nothing they could do. He would not try to do anything. Their mistake in misquoting me as a warranty repair was my problem. He said he couldn't help it if I didn't understand. I became frustrated, and asked why he thought it was ok to insult his customers and not understand why I was not happy. I asked him to treat me with respect and help to solve the problem. His response was to ask if I was done criticizing him. No apology for insulting me, no apology for misquoting me, no compromises. He was right. I was wrong. Absolutely the worst craftsmanship ever, they had to come back 4 times to fix what they messed up, every time I look at my woodwork with a thousand nails in it I get mad at myself for hiring them, product is ok but the install was the absolute worst that could be....... buyer beware........ read more

We spent almost $2000 on a new patio door that wasn't installed properly and insulates worst than our old aluminum window. We could see daylight on the corner of the new window after installation. We contacted the owner who told us to deal with his guys. Guys came over, issue was not resolved so we contacted the owner again, his answer was the same to deal with his guys. I told him he may want to come out and see what his guys do and he said he didn't need to, that he pays his guys to do the work so he doesn't have to. It was a very upsetting answer to receive from somebody YOU are paying to to install a patio door. I honestly think that the damage to the siding cannot be overlooked, it will cost us a lot of money to make it look ok again. We may need to bring this issue to the small claims court. read more

We had windows for our entire house installed in the fall of 2011. It is clear that they know what they are doing. We had a couple of minor issues and called Ron in the fall of 2012. He came out and took care of the issues, which were just a couple of adjustments with a screw to make a couple of tight windows move more easily. We are happy and appreciate the follow through by Ron well after the installation was complete. read more
