Everything is bottom dollar, and it shows. The carpet is grimy, and the waiting room chairs are dirty and gross. You couldn't pay me to let my child play with any of the toys in that doctor's office! I could leave a very long, detailed explanation of why we left this practice, but instead I will sum with the following: she misdiagnosed my baby's skin condition. She fought tooth and nail not to refer us to a dermatologist. She put my daughter through some stressful, painful tests that were completely unnecessary. And to top it all off, her office messed up our insurance information, so I had to resubmit several unpaid claims, and it was a real mess to fix! Now, having switched to another pediatrician, I see how awful Dr. McCray was! Our new doctor is so much more thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and educated. You live and you learn! I wish I had more thoroughly researched Dr McCray before taking my baby to her. Just google her name and you will see all of her low patient reviews!

Last night I had one of the scariest moments since becoming a mother. I thought my 18 month old son…read morehad swallowed a button battery. Panicked, I drove to the nearest facility that could do an xray which was this urgent care. Even though they had a 90 minute wait, they got my son back within 5 minutes of me bursting through their doors. The triage nurse was very patient as I cried my son's information to her. The xray tech was very gentle in guiding me to position my crying and confused toddler. The doctor came in very quickly to examine the results and quickly notified me that there was no button battery on the imaging. Everyone was so quick and patient with the entire process. I was advised to go to the hospital for further treatment. As I came home to pack a bag, I stumbled upon the button battery that my cats had been playing with on my stairwell. I want to thank the staff and doctors at this facility for easing my mama mind and being so awesome and fast acting!

Advanced Ortho tells you to sign for a knee brace that they charge first Tricare $949 for a Osset universal rebound knee brace that one can get on the online at Alimed.com for $152. I ended up getting stuck for $113 of it. Of course I was suspicious before the procedure and asked what my out of pocket would be and was assured there'd be none - caveat emptor - if you're about 5'10" reach out u can have mine! THEN they have u go back another time to get more items u eventually end up getting charged for because I was told insurance/ Tricare wouldn't authorize on 1 form/ visit. In my case? A $132 post op ice pack that billing listed as a (yet another) post op knee brace on a follow-on Statement. Another $15.84. Just waiting for the next kick in the jimmy!! Like I said GREAT care for which I'm very grateful just want folks to be aware of the add-ons u will get hit with. Thank God my insurance is decent - I can only imagine how bad others are getting taken for accessories!

He encouraged me to write down all my questions and bring them to my visit after his initial evaluation that I was a good candidate for a total knee replacement. I did so and he took so much time answering all my concerns but did not pressure me to make my decision on whether to have the surgery. I did decide to go forward after speaking to a couple of his former patients and so glad I did. He did an awesome job and my healing process has been much quicker than my first total knee replacement surgery. Very happy with him and his staff. Their surgical center is very professional and immaculate. I never felt I was just one more patient.....I felt I was the only patient! Cannot recommend him more highly.

I did not anticipate it would be only stretching. I felt absolutely no better than when I walked in. And 2 days later had a really bad day with my back. I thought I would give them one more chance and make sure I verbalized I wanted a hands-on adjustment. They were unwilling to do this. So I won't be going back. I wish they would have made it clear once I said it was pregnant that they would not be doing adjustments, but stretching. I wasted 60 dollars and time driving there. Front desk staff was mediocre at best. Dr. was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend if you are pregnant. My previous chiropractor had zero issue adjusting me pregnant.

From the first phone call, the front desk staff made it easy to "enroll" as a new patient by explaining the process and having me fill in paperwork beforehand. By the time I got to the office, I had a few more things to sign, but was only in the waiting room for a few minutes before I was brought back to an exam room with a physical therapist to take my vitals. I saw Dr. Green, and she made me feel at ease as soon as she entered the exam room. I'm used to medical practitioners dismissing my concerns because of my weight and telling me that losing weight is the number one most important thing, but Dr. Green dismissed MY "I know my back pain is likely related to my being overweight" comment and reassured me that she was more concerned about figuring out where my pain was coming from and helping me to correct it. All she had to do was look at my back and do a little prodding and she immediately discerned that my left hip is higher than my right and that push/pull was a major factor in my discomfort. She took me into another room, where I laid on the table while she manipulated my back and my hips. During the entire process, the explained clearly what she was going to do, how it was going to feel, and reassured me about any scary noises from my body or the table (some adjustments can be LOUD!). When I stood up a few minutes later, I felt like a new person. Dr. Green listed off a few stretches that she'd "prescribe" for me, and then I was led to the rehab room to do stretches with a physical therapist. I wish I'd gotten her name ‍, but like Dr. Green, she was very informative and kept me updated each step of the way. I was taught a number of stretches I could do at home to help with my discomfort, and even given handouts with visuals of everything. My physical therapist walked me through everything, stretching me there in the office, and even had me demonstrate the stretches back to her to be sure that I would be doing them correctly at home. The front desk staff was also very helpful. They scheduled me for a follow-up appointment quickly, gave me an explanation of what my insurance would be covering, processed my co-pay, and had me out the door in a matter of minutes. The entire process of walking through the front door to walking back out took about an hour and fifteen minutes, and during the entire time all of the staff was masked, usually with gloves, and I saw cleaning and decontamination happening between patients (even smaller details like wiping down pens and iPads before/after they changed hands). This was such an awesome experience, and a day later I'm still feeling good (albeit a little sore, which Dr. Green had warned me about, but she also gave me tips on what I could do to ease that pain if it got to be too much). I have another appointment next week and I'm already excited to go back. If more people had experiences like this with chiropractors, I don't see how anyone could pass on an opportunity to better their health with them!

He is detailed in his diagnosis and takes the time to really talk to you and make recommendations. He really listens and care about your health. He looks at the whole picture and bases his treatments on that. His staff has been great. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Grimsley and Henry Chiropractic.
