I also asked them to double check the placement of cables I already installed. Within a few weeks the computer either repeatedly crashed or wouldn't connect to my monitor. Best Buy kept it for three days and said they could find no problems. After putting up with repeated crashes, I had an individual repairman look at it. He restricted some power settings on the processor. This was a temporary help. Over time the issue continued to worsen. I recently found Jeff's repair service and had him look at it. He discovered there should have been two cables going to the power source instead of one. He also took time to process some audio and video files through my apps that had repeatedly crashed, making sure this truly fixed the problem. After getting it back I also ran several tests and have had absolutely no problems. Jeff is very reasonable for the work he does.
