The store manager told me the same thing and then called me a liar and told me I used the battery and that they tested the battery before they sold it to me. Which they did not do in front of me when it was sold to me. So I was sold a faulty battery, told I was a liar and now i'm out $80 of which I at least got store credit but they still robbed me of $80. Wait the 3 extra days and buy it on Amazon or spend the extra $20 at another place that honors their return policy. Worst customer service i've ever seen.

Later in the day I called back and said did " I called earlier did mean to hang up on me . " Tristen's reply " absolutely the Manager will be here Monday-Friday " then hung up on me . If you get a battery and don't ever have an issue this might be an ok place to buy . But if you have an issue and want them to stand by the warranty you are out of luck and will have to call corporate or go to another location because Tristen doesn't care one bit of you are a customer .

The first two I visited didn't even take time to look at it, they just said "your hard drive is broken" and quoted me hundreds of dollars. When I walked into Fix It Planet I was greeted by their friendly staff, then John took 10 minutes to open up my laptop and run some diagnostic tests, turns out the other shops were wrong. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!! I took my iPhone 14 in…read morefor a $25 diagnostic because it wouldn't power on. During this "diagnostic," zach broke my front glass. He claimed "it happens often" and said he'd replace it for free, but I never authorized him to even open the phone to that extent. I had insurance that would have covered a proper repair; I was only there for the diagnostic. By the time I arrived, he had already installed a new battery and a cheap screen without my consent. The craftsmanship is awful: the glass protrudes so far out it doesn't even fit in my case anymore. It's puffing right where the battery is located, why is a brand new battery already swelling? On top of the bad install, they used the cheapest aftermarket screen on the market (it costs $36 ), yet they charge near $200. That is an 82% profit margin for a screen that is barely responsive and looks grey. Their website claims they warranty FAULTY CRAFTSMANSHIP, but zach did everything possible to dodge that warranty. I paid $184 for them to break my phone further and hand me back a device with significantly less value. If you have a high odds of shattering phones during a simple diagnostic, customers should be told that upfront. Don't trust them with your device unless you want it returned in worse condition than when you brought it in. I have included similar experiences below.

Jose is a Horrible manager. Management sucks here. I usually…read morealways go here to fix my phone screen, but recently 2.1.2024 I had the most horrible experience here. I went to get my broken front screen fixed. I waited 30 minutes and returned to pick it up. Usually they ask for my passcode number to check and make sure the screen works, but when I tried to give Jesus the code he said it wasn't necessary. I payed $97.43 for my iPhone 11. I went home and noticed right away that my screen wasn't working properly. It worked for the most part but would sometimes not sense my fingers to use my screen to where I have to keep locking and unlocking my screen. I was told that I had 30 days warranty unless cracked then they would not service to fix it. I returned less than a week to fix my screen to get it to work again, but the guy there went to find a way not to fix my screen. The manager never came out to talk to me personally and hid in the back. Jose the manager apparently told him not to service my screen due to little wear and tear tiny small scratches which should not affect the screen from working at all. I notified the lazy guy that it wasn't working the same day I took it home. He said to take it home and return if it still wasn't working because he "supposably" opened it up but there was nothing wrong which was a lie. I returned 2 days later and Jesus said he would take care of it since he was originally the one who had put on my screen. The lazy guy who doesn't work at all came in and told Jesus not to fix my screen and called his manager again who told him to charge me $70 so they can replace the whole screen that they put on which was defective from the beginning. That was literally my only option they gave me because they weren't going to open it up again to simply get the same screen to work. I didn't want a new screen. I simply wanted them to keep the same one on and just open it up to fix whatever was left loose or the reason to why my screen wasn't sensing my fingers. He told me to come back again the next day for the 4th time and 4th day because the manager would be there so I could talk to him about fixing my phone as if I have all the time in the world to keep coming back to get the same answer over and over. That's just lazy and careless of the manager. They could of literally just opened up my phone to fix the issue and been on my way. Jose is a horrible manager. Please make sure to check your phones immediately in front of them after repair if you come here so this doesn't happen to you. I will never return here again. Money hungry management and employees who go on power trips.
