Was sent in by ATT after buying a Samsung S24 Ultra 4 days ago and it won't hold a charge and gets incredibly hot. Battery drains from 100 to less than 5% in around the hours, my 23 Ultra with the same usage would take an entire day or more to drain the battery that much. Guy at this location told me he's had a few other people with the same problem and that it's "just a 24 Ultra issue" and there's nothing he can do about it. read more

I had 2 items for repair. I have a 2nd version of an Amazon Kindle that needed a new battery. They fixed it overnight and it's working great. Another was a very old Sharper Image DVD player that did not work. They were unable to repair it but told me the radio still works so I was able to keep it and there was no charge. They're very polite and helpful. read more

We recently took my special needs son tablet to the store, the issue could have been a very large issue. I had been told by someone else that this issue would be almost non-repairable or too expensive to make sense. I took it to these guys they took it in looked at it correctly diagnosed my issue and I had no cost. This is a very honest store and these are very good people. read more

Well, after reading the one review, I wasn't sure about taking my 2 laptops there but there were no problems at all. Both are fixed and working like new. So to let everyone know, they're really good at what the do. Oh...and NEW OWNERSHIP SINCE THE DATE OF THE LAST REVIEW. So I'm guessing something happened and her experience with the previous owners probably wasn't an isolated incident and why it was sold. Just felt I should let everyone know. They excel at lying and playing hide-and-seek with your items. I dropped off a Nintendo switch on 10/22. They decided they needed to do a 48 hr diagnostic. No call from them on 10/24 as promised. On 10/26 I called and was told the tech was working on it at that time and they would call me that afternoon. No call. Called them again on 10/28...still not done. Called on 10/30 only to finally be told they aren't able to fix it because their soddering tech quit. The guy told me they close at 7pm. I was there at 6:30pm and the store was already closed. Drove back into town again on 10/31 to pick it up only to find out the owner (nameless and faceless person the guy behind the counter and phone keeps referring to) had taken it to the Lake Worth location for their sodder tech to repair and would have it back in Burleson on 11/2. Called on 11/2 and guy didn't know where it was but would call the owner, find out, and call me back. 2 hours later I had to call again to find out and was told it would be in the store at 11am on 11/4. I waited an extra 2 hours before driving over to pick it up because by now I know I can't trust a thing I'm told. Guess what??? It's still not in Burleson!! Oh, but I could drive to Lake Worth and get it. Uh, no. I'm not the one who took it there. I never consented to it being taken anywhere!! Supposedly it's to be there by 8pm on 11/4 (they close at 7!) and it has not been repaired. So we'll see what happens when I try again tomorrow (11/5). read more

We came into the store thinking my fathers tablet needed a whole new charging port but the guy just cleaned it really good and it started charging afterwards. I went and got my phone fixed here two weeks ago pretty sure they gave me a bad screen that my boyfriend paid 313 dollars for. I went in today and they looked at it and told me I would have to buy a new one haha no.
