Nick called EVERY time he…read moresaid he would (amazing as I've always had to chase mechanics!)When I dropped the car off I gave him list of things (another mechanic had said) After checking, he went through everything with me; what had to be done, what would need to be done next time & all the things that didn't. (Which was half of the list & they weren't cheap repairs) Very happy with the cost & how quickly my car was ready. Nick even called me the next night to see everything was ok. I waited almost one month for the car to be ready because apparently it had a warning light on the dash that couldn't be removed I was told it "wasnt serious just annoying". I asked if I could change my purchase to another car I liked they told me it was sold but when I went to finally pick up the grand vitara the car I asked to change it to was sitting in the same spot it was one month ago. Anyway... After 3 months the cars issues began: the turbo was on its way out, the car would overheat randomly all the time until it stopped holding any water at all in the engine i rarely drove the car now the car won't start at all despite new batteries. I made many phone calls for assistance but was ignored and told we didn't pay for one years warranty and they couldn't help me.
