Premier Driving Academy - My daughter's certificate of completion for the driver's course, which saves us money on our car insurance. Gene is a good instructor, too!

I was glad to have come across one of their cars on the road, I was looking for a driving school exactly like this for my daughter. Todd was wonderful; he is very patient and is a great teacher. He provided the confidence my daughter needed to help her become a safe driver. Todd did not just help her with her driving skills but with real life road scenarios as well. It was very easy to schedule her driving hours and we had to reschedule a couple with no issues. I highly recommend Premier Driving Academy, you won't regret it.

Just one month of driving with the help and instructions from Todd I felt confident to drive around town with my infant which before premier I couldn't even make it out of my driveway without having my husband jump in the drivers seat. Something that I never thought I could do was drive on the highway and be able to do lane changes now I don't even fear the thought! After our course finished the following week I got my license with no issues! I was amazed at how calm and collected I felt during the whole exam. Everything in the exam Todd and I had gone over enough times to make me feel worry free while performing the steps during the driving exam. I'm one happy camper and now a licensed driver! Big thanks to Premier driving academy and Todd! I would 100 percent recommend to anyone!

We had a very bad experience as a whole with Becky. I feel she is not a very professional business…read moreowner. First, she cancelled on my daughter all the time. She'd go as long as 3 weeks before they'd finally have a driving session. Over a 60 day period, they only drove together 9 times. So much time lapse between sessions really made it hard for my daughter to learn to drive. Second, she promises people to get their children driving in 3 sessions (maybe 5 if they are really unsure about driving). After 9 sessions, my daughter miserably failed the test. Her list of mistakes was so incredibly long. Why pay for a driving instructor if she can't teach my daughter to drive?!?! Third, when I asked Becky to call me, the paying parent, to discuss the failed test and to see if the list given to me were things she'd seen and to discuss the misunderstanding of when to use a turn signal within a round-about, Becky never called. She never called me! The parent! About my daughter! So unprofessional!!!!! How can you never call the parent?!?! Instead, a week later, she texts me - TEXTS ME - I forgot to call you. Well no duh! Why not call then?!?! Becky lies, is very unprofessional, and a waste of money. We spent $900 with her just to have my daughter still not have her driver's license. I'd recommend looking into a company in Columbia and seeing if they send instructors to Jeff City. DO NOT waste your time or money with Becky!!!!

He was definitely not ready after 3 lessons. Becky makes outrageous claims and does not follow through. It's a waste of money.

Since I am all about education, and have professional experience in cosmetology, I wasn't upset when I didn't get exactly what I requested with my haircut. However, on a second visit to get some issues taken care of, I dealt with a rude staff member who blamed me for not communicating the hairstyle I wanted effectively to the student. Additionally, during this second visit, when I requested that my hair be cut "wet" to fix the problem, she "huffed" at me. Before she made any cuts to my hair I told her I didn't have a good feeling about this and told her I changed my mind. It took a lot of guts for me to do that as I am not a confrontational person. She replied, "I think that is a good idea" took off my cape and walked away. I don't know why I was treated this way. I smiled, I was respectful and courteous. But reflecting on it now, even my phone conversation to make the appointment was weird. When I stated, "I could cut this long piece off myself, but since you are a school, I figure we might as well use it as a learning experience for the student", the reply was, "I disagree. We are a recognized salon. Perhaps you can bring a picture of the style you want when you come to your appointment." Again, I said it wasn't a big deal, just a long piece that needs to be cut off. I never saw the student when I went back in, only a staff member. How will their students ever learn if not given the opportunity to acknowledge and fix their own mistakes, or learn the value of good customer service? This was the weirdest experience I have ever had. It was awkward, uncomfortable, and full of drama. I don't know what the normal procedure is for the school when a customer has an issue, but I was expecting to see the student who cut my hair the first time, and pay for the shampoo, haircut, and style again. I have never experienced contempt from a business that I am giving my money to and supporting; just....bizarre! Good customer service would have kept me going back to the school. I want to continue to support the profession and give students needed practice, but I will now drive the extra 30 miles to Camdenton's Central College of Cosmetology school to do so.
