Since I did the new patient paperwork on their portal website, I was told I was all set. Everything went seamless from the beginning to the end. I also want to add that I followed my practitioner APRN, Natalie Bowles from one practice to this one. Her care is excellent and she's very thorough. By the way, while I was waiting to be seen, I noticed the Medical Director of the practice, Dr Marcantel, overseeing everything to make sure things were running as they should. That made me smile and I'm glad I am part of this practice now as a patient.

It was a nerve wrecking experience for my family and I for several months. I am disappointed on how I was treated during this time by this office. I continually needed to follow up for orders, for information and unless I scheduled a in person or telehealth appointment, I couldn't expect to get any questions or concerns addressed. Even after scheduling the appointment, the doctor was late and left feeling unsupported. So basically if I wasn't billable I wasn't important. I finally got my final results in which I had to message the office, twice, about discussing and they wanted me to wait 21 days until my next scheduled appointment to discuss. I found this ridiculous. When I complained, without much empathy or compassion I was just offered to schedule a sooner appointment. While they couldn't call me to discuss my test results and answer my questions or respond to my messages in the portal without me following up, they were able to call me to ask me to send my medical scans to their office because now they off 3D mammogram scans in office. Again, your only important if you're billable to them. This isn't a doctor's office I want. Patients and their families deserve more care and consideration than what I was given. I will be looking for another doctor and strongly recommend you do the same.

Plenty of parking out front with accessible spaces near the entrance and an accessible entrance. Regardless of who you were seeing you stop at the main desk downstairs to check in. There is almost always multiple people here and they're very fast and efficient. My doctor is on the second floor and you have a choice between the elevator or the staircase. These days I opt for the staircase because my doctors want me exercising as much as possible. It's never a long wait for me as they always bring me in right around my actual appointment time. Everyone is professional and courteous, and the doctor and their staff all listen to what I have to say. My appointments are fairly short as my care is very well managed these days. Even though this doctor is now almost an hour drive for me. I still find it worthwhile to make the trip for the quality of Care.

She is so incredibly professional and such a pleasure to see in the mornings Ashley has made the post op physical therapy experience so much more tolerable with her personality. Very clean place with pleasant staff. Arrived a little past 8am and the wait was about 1hr with three patients ahead of me. It then turned to 4 when some random guy came in and was brought back before this other patient and I. Saw the PA and it was about 4mins long. Prescription sent to pharmacy and I was on my way.

I first came to this location a few months ago to get a Covid test for traveling purposes. I explained that I needed it within a certain timeframe and they rushed to get me my results quicker! I came back to get the Covid vaccine and was seen within 15 minutes. They took more precautions with sectioned off areas, which I appreciated. They go through the procedure you are going through, along with a paper that will explain it more. The nurses are always my favorite part about coming here. They make you feel that you are in a safe zone, while being friendly. Overall great service!

We spent a good hour on the first appointment covering everything that needed to be covered and setting up to get, all my records from the other doctors I see. The location is not as convenient for me as others I have gone to, but it's still a reasonable drive and definitely worth making. Everybody I spoke to and met was friendly and make me feel comfortable. My next appointment was set for only a month down the road with blood work in between. We hope that they will have at least some of my records by the time I come back in. We are already talking about working to get me a couple of specialists that I am looking to see. I should probably write more once I have had multiple visits and have a good idea that the quality of care will continue.

I am a bit particular about who I like to share my health info with so I like to meet my new doctor and check each other out to make sure we are both comfortable sharing all those deep dark secrets about colds, pains, and the occasional weird ailments. Physicians Associates has a number of offices around central Florida and I had been going to the one in Kissimmee all this time (I live in Winter Garden!) so I decided to try the office closer to me. The doctor I picked did not work out. After our first visit, I knew I could not share with him and feel comfortable so I decided to try another office which brings me to this one in Clermont and Dr. Timmel. Like many doctors offices, I called to make an appointment when I had a cold and was told the next available time to see him would be about 2 months from now. 2 months? My cold will be gone by then! After some conversation with the lady on the phone, I made an appointment to meet Dr. Timmel but it would be about a months wait. I know I am a 'new' patient to him but in the past, my old office would always fit me in and I could see him that day or next. Being new to this office I had to wait to meet him. But I can say, the wait was worth it. The office is in a building right next to South Lake Hospital. After checking in with the receptionist, she handed me a large tablet computer and asked me to fill in all my information on it. That was kind of cool but a bit confusing since some of the questions that it asked me did not make sense. One thing that bothered me was that after entering in all my medications, it wanted to know if I wanted to save money on them by using a mail order system it offered... buy three months worth of drugs for the price of two... but I said no to the offers. After that was done, a few min later a very nice nurse took me in the back and took all my vitals. I explained to her why I was there and the few challenges I was having. A few min after she left Dr. Timmel came in and we chatted about many different things. I truly enjoyed his bedside manner and I knew then I had found my new doctor. He was thoughtful and answered all my questions. Never made me feel rushed and I felt he was truly concerned about my health. Of the three challenges I brought to him that day, he was able to help me with all three. I made a new appointment for a full exam in a few weeks and left with a hand full of papers and lab tests to do. Everyone at the office was very nice and I feel that they all care about the health of their patients. My only challenge with the experience was that by the time I got home, I had three emails from my pharmacy telling me that my new prescriptions were not ready.... what new prescriptions? I soon found out that the office had ordered the drugs I take on a daily basis from my cardiologist... something we did not even talk about. Why? Nobody told me they were going to do this and now my insurance company was not going to cover any of it since I had just refilled them a week ago. And besides, Dr. Timmel is not the original doctor who prescribed them so why would he fill them? A bit confusing but I think it is something done by the computers and not him directly. Other than that confusion, I found Dr. Timmel, his staff and the office visit to be a good experience. Enjoy!

Being an…read moreestablished patient you get zero preferential treatment...meaning if you're sick, take a number. They told me to go to an urgent care place and they couldn't fit me in. Next appointment was next week. Well...I'm miserable now and I've already waited it out long enough to finally make an appointment. The previous review was dead on....sick? wait 2 months and the doc will see you. The thing is, he wasn't established. I am. Still, no difference. If you ask me, they have too many patients...so, here's one less!
