After my insurance denied an MRI on my knee, I spent days making calls trying to get answers. I was told a peer-to-peer review was supposed to happen, and after a 40-minute phone call on Friday, I was specifically told that if I came to the hospital, I would be able to get the MRI done there because I have financial assistance through the hospital. The only orthopedic appointment available was at 7:30 PM , so my daughter and I drove 30 minutes there, waited another 30 minutes, only to ultimately be told no and sent back home. The most frustrating part was being told one thing over the phone and experiencing something completely different in person after wasting time, gas, energy, and effort -- especially while already dealing with ongoing health issues and chronic pain. I understand policies and procedures exist, but communication and consistency matter. Patients are already exhausted enough without being sent in circles. I truly hope improvements are made so future patients receive clearer guidance and better coordination of care.

What I really meant to say is that the staff at ADG is very professional and helpful. I called them to see if they accepted my insurance (blessed) and they didn't have an answer right away but called me later to tell me that they did. I was able to schedule for the same day also. Things were working wonderful with ADG. When I arrived, I checked in promptly and was taken to the radiation room in no time. It was like the radiation was waiting for me. I was happy to see Spanish/English signs, it makes me happy to see that we are a diverse country, plus I love Latino Food, because, "Hi, my name is Julio! And I will eat your food! Haha! I'm hilarious!". Anyway, there is parking also. Oh! One more thing: what's up with the bunker inside the radiation room where the tech hides as you are getting blasted with radiation. Why is the guy hiding? Man, show some solidarity. I don't feel comfortable getting X rays, and the tech hiding behind an aluminum wall is not making it easier for me. That's why we need AI and bots.

As pregnancy can go, you obviously want to see what your baby looks like and how they're growing and moving. We were able to visit Sweet Peeks and we absolutely loved it. Jessica was so great and was able to give my wife and our in laws peace of mind and a clear view of what our baby girl looks like. The location is a nice and quaint office in a plaza in downtown Winter Garden and the prices for the services weren't bad at all. Based on my first experiences with this one, I have to say that I am very happy. I was able to get…read moremy initial appointment with only a weeks notice and thankfully it was an in person visit. We spent a good hour on the first appointment covering everything that needed to be covered and setting up to get, all my records from the other doctors I see. The location is not as convenient for me as others I have gone to, but it's still a reasonable drive and definitely worth making. Everybody I spoke to and met was friendly and make me feel comfortable. My next appointment was set for only a month down the road with blood work in between. We hope that they will have at least some of my records by the time I come back in. We are already talking about working to get me a couple of specialists that I am looking to see. I should probably write more once I have had multiple visits and have a good idea that the quality of care will continue.

We think he a maintenance guy. He looks me in the eye and boldly states, " I am a doctor, I know what is wrong with you and I can fix you. You must decide now since I will have to call my team back. I tell him please fix me. His first call is to his nurse who is home cooking dinner " Shut the stove off we got a guy here who needs our help. Next to his kids who will have to feed themselves, etc. I am in the OR at 7:30, done by 8:30 bleeding stopped, 3 aneurysm in my Quad plugged, no pain, this guy is my hero for life. Two months later, doing OK.
