As a woman I like so many others dread the annual mammogram but I really have nothing to fear because theses ladies understand and want your experience to be as pain-free as possible. The way I see it, a few minutes of discomfort will help my doctor keep me healthy. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Covid precautions are in full effect, so be prepared to do online check in and having your temp checked prior to heading upstairs to your imaging appointment. When it was time for my appointment, my technician Dana was so friendly and kind. She showed me to a dressing room so I could remove my top and bra and put on a robe for my mammogram. When I was changed she took me to the imaging suite and made sure I was comfortable for each of the x-rays she took all the while insuring I wasn't having any pain. After the tests were complete she let me know that my x-rays would be available within the week and I would hear from my Dr as well as receive a letter from them as well and I could also see results on the Advent Health app. I can not recommend them enough. However, I was thankful they were willing and do it and not reschedule me after I had already been dealing with so much scheduling of different doctors appointments recently. They were very efficient and nice, and explained things to me. They also gave me my results immediately so that I wouldn't be at home worrying and could call my doctor right away. The office staff was very friendly and the office itself was spotless. The nurse was also very friendly and able to answer a few questions. I met with the Dr and everything went downhill from there. I answered a few of her questions about my son and when asked if I had any questions myself, I said I did. My first question was met with an incredibly condescending answer and honestly medical advice that no one within my circle of parent friends/family has ever heard before. The Dr made me feel judged choices I've made as a parent and be littled my exclusively pumping journey for my son. (If you know, you know and I will not be made to feel less than for pumping vs nursing.) Coming in with a 6 month old, there should have been a conversation of hey, what did your previous provider share with you instead of making point blank accusitory statements. The doctor works for me and not the other way around. I will not be made to feel less than. Never again.

The care provided by the Practioners is great when you can get in. (Mind you that none of the providers listed in the photos here on Yelp! actually still practice there. There have been multiple times where asking for the renewal of a maintenance drug presciption has been lost in the black hole of the administrative team. Care is not a wod that the admin staff knows. When the doctor says to schedule an appointment 3 weeks from now and I tell them this, they offer me an appointment 4 months into the future. (I can recommend a good ENT for the staff because they obviously are hard of hearing (actually, I think it's hard of listening.) They are still my practice of record, but as much as I like the practioners, I can't abide by the incompetence and negligence of the team surrounding them. I am actively searching for a new provider, but don't hold out much hope for getting much better as this is the state of healthcare in the State of Florida. UGH!

Horrible. I saw a doctor on Fri. Aug. 20 after waiting 3 weeks for the appoinment. Doctor order…read morelabs and a scan due to a mass he found in my chest. Scan was denied by my insurance. I called the doctor Monday Aug. 23 at 2:30 pm, I called again Tuesday Aug. 24 in the morning, lunch time and again at 4:20pm. Wednesday Aug. 25 I physically went to the office to talk to someone. They faxed over information to my insurance but they called me and denied the claim a second time due to requesting a peer to peer with the doctor not having my chart faxed. I called the doctor's office again on Wednesday Aug. 25 and again on Thursday Aug. 26. I have not heard back from them and my insurance has not heard back from the doctor either. This is the most neglectful doctor's office I have ever dealt with. I am scared for my health and they show absolutly no care at all about my well being. The worst doctor's office I have ever dealt with. Just horrible and neglectful.
