She didn't ask any personal health questions that would breach confidentiality. Both times we waited about 2 minutes in the waiting room before we were taken back. Nichole identified herself as a Medical Assistant & took vitals and asked appropriate questions. Lisa (I think she's a Physician Assistant) is very matter of fact and explained what she thought we had & why she thought it. Our prescriptions were received at our pharmacy by the time we drove there in about 15 minutes. It's not a pretty doctor's office. But it is what it say it is - Urgent Care. We were both in and out in under 45 minutes, faster than the ER and my last doctor's office visit. I have to admit I don't understand why the in person staff can't scan ID/insurance cards like the remote person but we got seen fast and got the care we were looking for.
