Asked about treating to areas with bees, technician unable or unwilling to handle. Mentioned that it looked like we had moles in our lawn... technician advised that they do not deal with moles. The technician was polite while inspecting property but having to wait four hours ( company gave a four hour service window) to discover he couldn't help me was frustrating.
