This is what I had done when I purchased a jacket eight years ago. You can also order one of the standard designs in a range of colours (including white, yellow, red, and blue) as well as the classic black and brown. Some of the design is also available in suede. The first thing i must say is that this is a high-end business that offers original designs akin to the tailors of old. You won't be buying anything off the peg and all projects will involve consultancy and be one of a kind items. Of course, this does mean that you will be set back a fair amount, but taking into account the quality and amazing aftercare service, it is well worth saving up for that dream item you have always thought about having made. I have had Curve Couture design and make a number of items for me over the years. The most ambitious being a full length leather coat inspired by the French movie 'Brotherhood of the Wolf'. For every project, Chrissie has provided excellent expert advise, enthusiasm and top quality garments. Alternative weddings dresses, fitted corsets and performance clothing are the main focus of the studio and the website displays a good range of the work produced. Generally, a deposit is taken and then paymetns may be made on completion of the work, or by installments. You wouldn't do all your shoppinng here (I wish I could), but I guarantee that anything you choose to get made from Curve Couture will be in your wardrobe for many years to come. The tassels are front and back as well as on the arms whilst the alternatives are just on the back and arms. This has a removable thermal layer and is of the highest quality. A smooth leather rather than the usual. Good service and would definitely visit this shop again. They had some nice bomber jackets on display and I have never seen so many leather goods in such a small space. It is no exaggeration to say that we could barely move around the shop for all the jackets!

The shop is packed with vibrant, youthful clothing and many of the same bags and accessories you'll find at Yoma. This store is much larger than Yoma and can get quite crowded with teenagers at the weekend. The selection of stock is impressive- it doesn't particularly wow me, but I'm probably 10 years older than their average customer! (wow, that's depressing...) The bag selection is great and very up-to-the minute with lots of tote bags and holdalls. I distinctly remember Lulu Rose being one of the first places I saw metallic bags and purses (before they were everywhere), so it's probably a good place to go if you want to jump on board with the latest fashion and accessory trends. In the past I have always thought the clothing was kind off the mark, but lately I've seen a couple of good old body-con dresses (who isn't selling them, seriously, they're everywhere?!) and some pretty cardigans in the window. After much searching elsewhere, Lulu Rose was among my last options. Thankfully I managed to source a bag that was in the sale, reduced for £35 down to £16. There were perhaps half a dozen items that I considered buying, which is certainly better than the previous shops I had tried. Some of the clothes were a bit average, looking like Top Shop inspired items from 3 months previous. Still, I was able to find a good quality bag for a cheaper price than I would have expected.
