They prepared the house with a wrap to protect it from falling debris from roof removal and while the replacement was being done. They arranged for a dumpster to be delivered for the removal of the old product. They worked quickly and efficiently in finishing the job, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I also had some plaster repaired on my bathroom wall that was falling apart due to a slow leak in the old roof that they had discovered. They also repaired an area of my living room ceiling that seemed to be also affected by the leaking old roof. I was very pleased.

I had Steve sand and stain my standing deck. I was told he would use oil base stain but that…read moredidn't happen. He mentioned using twp, an oil base stain, but used Behr. He also mentioned that it was good I didn't have plants around my deck so he could use a stronger bleach. He never used any bleaching agent. Instead of removing the dirt from between the boards he put stain on top of the dirt. When the stain dried I noticed numerous white spots on the deck. The Behr representative told me that happens when the wood hasn't sufficiently dried from rain or other moisture. There are also various areas that had been sanded and stained which are no longer smooth. They are rough. This too can be a problem of not waiting a sufficient amount of time for the wood to completely dry.
