What I appreciated most during my window replacement was that Billy came out on two separate times to allow me to move around forty years of clutter from the windows to allow him to work. All windows & siding repairs were done exactly as he estimated & work was great. My oil consumption was down noticeably. On an emergency basis, repair my roof & gutter when a forty-two year old tree fell on my house. He came out a couple of days later when the tree was lifted from my roof. I was really in a jam & Billy came thru in a pinch with this emergency repair. Replaced eight interior doors & door trim. Several of these doors were custom sizes. All doors were installed as quoted. Billy gave me excellent tips on how to save on my labor to paint the trim & walls while the trim was loose. This saved me work, however Billy had to make an extra trip back for the trim installation. To sum it up, Billy Columbe did the work exactly as he quoted, the price was reasonable, Billy would show up on the day he stated he would & he texted me about thirty minutes ahead of time to give me a "heads up" that he was on his way. He does all his estimates on paper, gets his pricing from a paper catalog, hands out business cards at fairs and trade shows, and engages in many other old fashioned histrionics to make a living. He may never truly understand the concept of an "online reputation," in fact. But none of that really matters... Bob is an extremely nice guy, and the results of his work were impressive. We just needed five new vinyl windows upstairs to match the relatively new existing ones downstairs. Bob identified the downstairs windows (Harvey Slimline), and found all the right materials to make the upstairs match nicely. It was a small job, but it was executed very well, and for a much lower estimate than the handful of other contractors I met with. Bob and his co-worker were done in about four hours, and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Fair price, job well done. In May 2019 we are starting to notice water behind our walls on the second floor. Final inspection was never done on the roof because owner of company never called to schedule it. I had it done may 22nd 2019 and it did NOT pass. There is many issues. Sealant was applied to cover up mess ups holes in roof that where never there before roof was even ripped. A ridge vent was applied and never should of been. Very time I came home during the process business owner was never on site. He told me before hand this was not his crew so I expected him to stick around. I came home at least three times a day during this due to having a new puppy at home. Now with everything going on I am noticing other concerns refusal to provide insurance information, he shit his phone off to avoid phone calls from attorney and myself.

I usually do not write reviews on bad companies, but I feel I need to warn others how bad they were. I ordered a load of drywall and stated that it needed to be hand loaded into the garage as the site was not accessible by boom trucks. I asked for it to be in three Piles according to size. They charged me for an extra guy, understandable and said that would be no problem. The house has a two-car garage and I have a manlift parked in front of the left bay. I left the right bay open for them. The tried backing the truck down the driveway and onto the front yard which was all mud. The truck got stuck so they spent two hours and some of my lumber to get it out. they then decided instead of doing it by hand he would try the forklift which he also got stuck in the yard. The yard looks like a war zone at this point and they haven't even unloaded any drywall yet. When they started to unload it they must have decided it was too much to carry so they loaded what they could in the garage with the lift. They couldn't load the last pile as the other side had the manlift in front of it and they didn't want to carry it so they decided to try and push my manlift with the forklift causing damage to the lift. At which point they dumped the pile in the driveway next to the lift. When I complained to their manager they told him there was not enough room on the side of the lift to walk, and there was not enough room in the garage for the last pile that is why it took 4 hours to deliver. They also said they got stuck because the lift was in the way. They drove the truck off the driveway 100 ft. before the lift so it wasn't the lift in the way it was incompetence. Where they said there was not enough room to walk they were able to put the last 4'x12' pile of drywall with the forklift. And lastly my wife and I carried the pile they left in the driveway into the place in the garage where they said there was not enough room, the next day without moving the lift. I explained all of this to the Manager looking for an explanation and he said that instead of canceling the delivery when they didn't feel they could do it, and rescheduling, they decided to tear up the yard, damage my lift, leave the drywall in the yard and tell me it was my fault. All he could offer me was an apology and didn't seem concerned with the damage to my lift. The delivery guys are lazy and incompetent, the managers are rude and unprofessional, and the overall service deserves less than a one star. I would never use this company again for anything and I highly recommend builders stay away as well.

Not only were they the most proactive and responsive business we have ever worked with, they stand by their work. If anything went wrong, they went above and beyond to make it right. Yes they might be more expensive but it's worth every penny to know you had the job done by professionals who truly care about their clients and their projects. I can't recommend them more highly!
