After a 18 hour flight we head to pick up our rental , took a while to get picked up. Once we got there the lobby looks recently renovated , we grabbed a number but they weren't even busy at the time of our arrival . We finally get called and told we need an international drivers license which we had no idea about and the person assisting us couldn't tell us much but to look online . Looked online and $70 dollars later got the international drivers license. So we go back up and tell him we are ready he tells me to scan a QR code and fill out the information , the system isn't even working and he's not helping . Worse experience ever with that guy. Then tells us about insurance we either take the $345.00 dollars one or we have to do the $1,000.00 dollars one like what? Okay we grab insurance that's fine. He hands us the keys a piece of paper and explains the return of vehicle and the options . After all that tells us to go downstairs and that it's a black car. We find the vehicle , not cleaned , spare tire on it , and the screen was in a language we couldn't understand we had to google it . For vehicle return is when we had a decent experience that guy explained everything and was helpful he even noted the part about the spare tire. I wish he would've helped us from the start but he was not working that day . Overall it was an okay experience but I wouldn't do it again. read more

Complete Scam, not recommended. I just returned the car and they charged me €660 for a 5cm scratch in the front lower part of the plastic. This car was not new and already had multiple scratches but unfortunately I did not took a picture of this specific spot. Even if it was a scratch done in my hands, that was not worth €660. BEWARE! SCAM!!! They take 1.200 EUR deposit, which is ok. We returned the car without any damages or scratches. One employee checked the car and told us everything is fine and she will do the paperwork right away and my deposit will be unblocked. After flying back to Germany I received an e-mail saying ClickRental checked the car again and found scratches, what is not true and possible. They kept 400 EUR for this!!! Big Scam! Very non-cooperative and stubborn! They wait for the tourist catching their flights and will make money out of the deposits. Once you are back in your home country, you cannot do anything.
