I was expecting a yes to a malpractice lawsuit. I spent 1575.00 to get LOA so Paul Amore could…read moreproceed w getting medical records from the hospital that let my husband (a Vietnam veteran) die by choking on his own emesis bcuz he was unable to lift his head. The federal standard of care to prevent a weak patient from drowning on vomit is to be in recovery position which he was not as well as left alone for long periods of time. He also needed a doctor the night of his death which they never called in to examine my husband. Paul Amore doesn't know any of the details of the night John died bcuz he got a CD on my husband's medical records and sent me a letter without ONE conversation as to why Mr Amore did not see any lack of care. He said in the letter I could call him anytime which I did twice and after 3 weeks I have not heard from him or his office. I now have a CD which without a converter to a flash drive or a PDF file in which I could proceed in finding an attorney with compassion and interest in speaking with me in person to level the scales of justice by hearing what I was told about that night my husband died. He was ignored and left to die alone, I called his nurse but she neglected to call me and let me know he was sick for 9 hours. Then Paul Amore ignored me. No one should be medically mistreated in a hospital where you think you loved ones are being cared for. Then I get ignored by an attorney who was recommended highly, but wouldn't want anyone else to be grieving a loss of a spouse and then to be completely ignored by legal professionals.

I sent zip files with detailed information (including medical records, reports, etc.) regarding a…read morepotential medical malpractice case. I was never asked any questions, just a month later a response from one of the attorneys stating "After reviewing the information you provided, and conducting our own research, we have reached the conclusion that we will be unable to assist you any further, We wish we could help every person who contacts us. Unfortunately, that is just not possible. We believe that every case deserves the full time and attention of the attorney who takes it. At this time, we are simply unable to make the proper commitment to your case. This decision does not mean there are no meritorious claims. There may be other lawyers who could potentially assist you with your case, and we encourage you to continue your search for legal counsel. " For a law firm to say that they're unable to make a proper commitment to your case speaks volumes, for isn't that why they're in business?" Don't waste your time (like I did). I bought into the reviews (more than likely not real), and I should have done more research before contacting them. Avoid at all costs!

I almost died. Nothing I say after that sentence really…read morematters. I was hit by another driver, my truck flipped across the highway, doors and glass flying everywhere. So remember to buckle up!! I sat in the hospital crying, not because I was hurt, but because I had no insurance, I was 60 miles from home and I was broke. Covid had already taken so much, I had little else. I did a google search and the first name that popped up, I called. They were rude and off putting. So I hung up on them. Then I called Glusing & Muher. Frank was on top of EVERYTHING He never gave me false hopes, he told me the good and the bad. Not once did he fail to return a call or keep me updated. Not just him! The whole team!! Every conversation, every meeting, was met with compassion and empathy. There are no words To have someone say, I'm going to fight for you and really FIGHT!!! Oh man, I can't even express my gratitude. Let him fight for you, I promise you, PROMISE YOU, you will not regret it. I simply cannot put my joy into words. Just, Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

From the moment you call his office, your case is handled with the attention and care it deserves. The whole team is warm, professional and timely. They work hard on your behalf to make sure you don't slip through the cracks. Frank Muher is a fighter for what he believes in, but he does it with class and decorum. He does not forget that he is working on your behalf. He has the attitude of a winner. Rather than bully the other side into meeting his demands, he uses his knowledge of the law as well as gentle persuasion to achieve amazing results. If you've been in a car accident or have been injured while working, don't let the other side convince you to do things their way. You should hire a competent attorney who is on your side. I once made the mistake of showing up to a hearing without representation many years ago and have always regretted it. During my last workman's comp case, I had several members of my corporate offices' legal department try to convince me to drop my case. I am so glad I listened to my wise lawyer! Frank Muher is just the kind of attorney you should hire if you need a personal injury or workmans comp attorney. He fights fair, but he fights to win (and often does!).
