We started going to her practice on Park Lane years ago, and started out with a Dr who was working there. When that Dr left the practice, we started seeing Dr Clifford. It was a refreshing change in what a well visit or sick visit really looked like. Dr Clifford is always friendly and energetic, even when are the last appointment of the day. She asks a lot of questions, and allows additional questions. I have never left the office feeling that I should have asked her this or that - while I was in the visit with her. My son turned 18 this month, and I am sad they he will start seeing a PCP soon - it's difficult to find a pediatrician or general practice physician who is caring and thorough and follows up when they say they will !! Dr Clifford is all of these things !! I have been going to her for the last 11-12 years and I wouldn't change a thing !! Everyone in the office is genuinely cordial and welcoming - even if I am coming in with a sick child !! Dr Clifford has a range of information at her disposal that she shares with us, and I feel better knowing that she will research a topic that is new or important to our child's situation/ illness. I like that she has a history of my children and their shot records etc. I have referred her services to many new families moving into the area. I feel that she is one of the best, caring pediatricians in the Dallas/ Fort Worth metroplex.

During COVID19, my middle child came down with a fever. She had her office staff set up and appointment where her nurse came downstairs from the 4th floor to the 1st and outside to the car to get the throat culture. That in my book is a heck of a service of above and beyond! Dr. Clifford is extremely focused and listens intently when presented with a sick kid. She asks lots of questions, completes her exam and decides on a course of action. She has been correct every time. Dr. Clifford takes her time during the examinations to ensure she has covered everything, and you never feel rushed. She also asks at the end of the exam if she has covered all issues. Dr. Clifford has truly gone the extra mile on more than one occasion when my kids needed referrals to specialists. It is an absolute pleasure dealing with her and her office staff.

I had my first visit with Michaela on their 2nd day of operations at the new location. Provider Michaela gave me the most thorough examination and physical I have had in my 66 year life. It was quite refreshing to have a provide who was personable and treated me as a person and gave me credit for living in my own body, talking to me as a person, not like an imbecilic lab rat like so many condescending aleopaths I have previously encountered that cut you off mid-sentence. I saw her a second time a few weeks later at a time I thought would have been inconvenient for her. Though I thought I had a purely superficial condition she methodically examined me and took a detailed account of symptoms, their severity and timing. Though she could have accepted my assurances this was just another incidence of a recurring problem she took the time to dig into my case and alerted me to the fact that it could indeed be a problem with severe consequences. During this second visit she also took the time to review my previous visit and earnestly addressed my long list of questions. I really felt like a burden but she insisted on resolving all issues, and did so kindly. Michaela Klose is the most thorough, dedicated medical practitioner I have ever encountered. Furthermore, unlike many MDs I have encountered that consider the Merck the one and only Holy Grail of medicine, she is receptive to holistic modalities and knows that not all healing must come from the pharmacist. However they tend to distract causes that patients have prepared and it results in revisit or call back where it is hard to reach doctor quickly. Mrs. Dr. Kim looks over confident with her treatment style. She and her partner Mr. Kim seem to forget basics as clinical functions. Moreover staffs have serious problems. No communication each other and billing / charging team are very unprofessional with big mistakes they have made. And they allegedly no longer accept medicaid and medicare. Note. They grew to this BIG level of business with many help of Korean patients who needed supports from language barrier but it's hard to expect quality of medical service now.

However the office staff were DREADFUL. They attacked me when I got in for not filling out paperwork ahead of time - that I had repeatedly called to let them know I hadn't gotten. They didn't give me the right instructions for how I needed to prepare for the visit. I came in for a physical and the doctor set up an appointment to go over my test results. There was an issue with my insurance and instead of calling my insurance or finding a solution I was yelled at by a billing person who couldn't give me information. I was told I couldn't get my test results without paying $180 for the first appointment and $89 for the phone appointment. She refused to resubmit my claim to insurance even when I had the EOB that said that's exactly what to do - and other providers have been able to do. The hassle of the incompetent office staff is not worth the sweet doctor - go elsewhere literally anywhere else is better.
