I was a little upset after talking to other rental companies that laughed at the 1 ton limit when the norm is 3 tons. I called to have it picked up and they, in their own words "forgot" to pick it up. They have tons of extra charges for YOU, the customer. My vacation is over, im back to work, they still have not picked up this dumpster. My RING camera is catching people going thru it, dumping things in it. I kept calling and telling them im concerned, this dumpster is still here, can you PLEASE come get it. I told them look, you are gonna charge me if the trash is over the line, if it weighs too much etc...but im telling you to come get this thing, i cant babysit this dumpster. He says oh no problem dont worry about it, i got you. So fast forward a MONTH later, they charge me 100 bucks for the weight being 100lbs over. A hundred lbs...not a thousand, but a hundred. I call and say hey, this very concern i had whwn you guys left it at my house for 10 extra days....is now happening. You assured me i would have nothing to worry about because you are the one who forgot about it...but now, theyre telling us too bad, thats your problem we can dump it at your house as long as we want. I spoke to 2 peoole who said oh well, too bad.
