I can't speak about their work, but I can say that we left a message via Yelp asking if they could come over to assist with our pool. That was May 3rd and as of today May 5th they still have not got back to us. We tried another company the same day called Pool Commander and they messaged us back within 2 hours. I should have known better after my husband placed a call to this business shortly after moving into our new home. He has been the one servicing our pool for the previous owner and that call did not leave us with a positive feeling when trying to obtain information about our pool and hot tub. We needed to open the pool for the season so we felt it would be the best thing to call upon somebody that knows our pool and gave him a call. First of all he always refers to our home as the previous owner's home and it's now ours pretty sure she lost possession when purchased it. This just rubs us the wrong way. The main reason i'm very frustrated and disappointed and will never give this guy one more penny of my hard earned money is I got a flyer that stated pool opening 139.00 I called made appointment and knew I would be paying for some chemicals and such. No instructions were given other than we decided we would take the cover off our pool ourselves as this would have been an additional cost the day of service. He did not say we need to do anything else. He gets to our home and basically drops some chemicals in the pool, sells us some new parts for our pool ladder, and turns on a few pumps and acted like we should have already backwashed the pool. keep in mind we are new pool owners and have not a clue about any of this so he should have prepared us ahead of time if we had expectations that needed to be met. It was also too cold they said for some of the items on our pool to be working. We ended up calling them back within a week needing help with getting some of the motors, pumps, etc running. AGAIN we were charged for another visit again almost 200.00 he would have liked to sell me another hose cleaner that day too but I declined. STILL here we sit four weeks after initially contacting him and our pool is not ready to swim in!!!!! I'm out over 400 and not to mention the frustration and today I called another provider I do hope they can get the job completed. Save your money and time call elsewhere to start with. read more

Ken went above and beyond to fix my hot tub. He even called others in the field to see if they had any additional information regarding my problem. In the end it was an electrical issue that wasn't even his problem but he continued to help with that issue as well (not fixing it but talking with the electrician to fix it).
