He's also uniquely familiar with clergy taxes, which as fellow ministry families have recognized can be complicated in a different manner. We moved out of state for a couple years and Madden still kept us on as clients so we didnt even have to switch! I seriously will never go back to filing my own taxes after switching to Madden.

When I asked for a refund (with documentation from the IRS showing their error), they gave me the runaround until I gave up. Also, the lady tried to charge me double the maximum amount advertised. I had to take her outside & show her the poster to get her to change it. Everything about this experience was bad.
