Things started off fine, the staff were polite at first, but over time, their behavior became rude and dismissive, especially the women at the front desk. There were several times when I needed to reschedule appointments because of the distance. On one occasion, a receptionist told me in November that there were no openings until January because the doctor was on vacation. Later, when I called back and spoke with another staff member, I was able to get an appointment in December with no issue. This kind of inconsistency happened repeatedly. One particular woman at the front desk was consistently rude and argumentative. When I had to reschedule, she would often claim there were no available appointments for months, sometimes two or three, which made it nearly impossible to stay on track with treatment. Her attitude felt personal and very petty. Eventually, I was dropped from the practice after missing an appointment due to the death of my 7-year-old nephew, who died from cancer, even though I called and tried to reschedule. That was deeply hurtful and showed a complete lack of compassion. What made everything worse is that, even after paying thousands of dollars, my treatment was never completed. Dr. Cheron advised me to extract a perfectly healthy tooth, leaving a visible gap that was never corrected. When I tried to transfer my records to other orthodontists to finish my treatment, her office repeatedly delayed sending my information. Even more disturbing, Dr. Cheron bad-mouthed me to every orthodontist I reached out to afterward, making it extremely difficult for me to find a new provider willing to take me on. This entire experience has been traumatic. I paid in full for a service that was never finished, was treated with disrespect, and was unfairly blacklisted by the very doctor responsible for my incomplete treatment. I strongly caution anyone considering this office to think twice before trusting them with your care.

They take the time to get to know their patients and work with your budget. Now, if you are worried that your kid is going to freak out at the sight of the orthodontist office, your fear will be relieved. They have PS4 and XBox One consoles in the corner as you wait, modern (radio edit/no curse words) music playing and while the staff work on fixing your smile, you can watch Netflix. They are very on point about scheduling, thorough with each visit and let your child know whether they've been following orders well or if they need to do better. There has never a time that this process was inconvenient or difficult. My son has been a patient from March 2018 and he loves going to the office. How many kids/teenagers do you hear say that?
