I should have cancelled but I did not. We are now selling our house and I called to cancel. They informed me that I have until October for my Total Protection plan. I can either pay the remaining balance of pay monthly. Sounds like a good plan but make sure you want to want to pay for a full year before you sign up and make sure you want to continue when they automatically renew. Also they call 3-4 times per week to schedule the free inspection.

I would have expected the technician to tell me here is what's wrong with your unit and here is how much it would cost to fix it. Not just do the work and then expect me to pay whatever amount he decided to invoice me. I was very upset with them and asked for a discount. I proposed that I pay $125 as a trip fee for the technician to come. Typically that's about $75 so I am being fair. I never heard from the company. I strongly do not recommend this company.
