Horrifically rude people. Rented from these people for about a year, needed a second unit…read moretemporarily, said they had a long waitlist & could get one. Then about 60 days later, we didn't need the unit anymore, called to give notice said they needed written notice, sent a letter, billed us a month later, claimed letter wasn't received. Asked for a refund, since they had a long waitlist, they shouldn't have a problem renting it out, Said no. Send a handwritten note to once again give notice. Billed us a second time. Called to work this out and the owner screamed bloody murder at me.
