Climate Masters installed and have serviced my units twice. Other than a scheduling issue, which was immediately corrected, no issues at all. The service technicians are great and I've never even suspected them of trying to add additional services in order to make a profit. They let me know how to take care of my equipment and ensure that everything is in top condition. The prices are the best I've found so far, although I've not searched 'far and wide'. I called to get a leak test on my AC system because I was told the coil may be leaking by another company. The appointment was set approximately 5 days in advance. On the day of the appt I never received a call. I called the office to find out why and I was told they would not be coming out because they're too busy. No call prior telling me they could t show up. Scott Ryals the service manager told me previously they couldn't do any ducting work bc they don't have the manpower, but nothing about working on the system. Extremely disappointed in the response and service here. I'm now forced to wait for another company to come out and do the test in the middle of a very hot summer. Do better. read more

As part of my home purchase, a new furnace was installed which was paid for by the seller. A few months later I started wearing hearing aids and heard whistling noises for the first time which my wife claimed she'd heard since we moved in. I called this company as they installed the furnace. The repair guy used two tubes of caulking to seal the air leaks around the furnace which cured the problem. I was shocked when presented with a bill for almost $100! I noted had they installed the furnace properly I wouldn't have had to call them back. Turns out since I wasn't the original buyer they wouldn't stand by their work, even though the installation was for my purchase of the home. I won't be calling them ever again. read more

I did not purchase anything from Climate Masters, but I wanted to relay my experience with their sales person. I asked them to come out to give me a quote and he was willing to add it to his schedule at the end of the day when I called, but I did not think he needed to come to my house after normal business hours. He arrived promptly at his appointed time the next morning. He did an inspection of all our units and explained to me about their services. I was looking at getting a more complex unit, so he was careful to let me know the pros and cons of such a unit and how the install would be different. He was courteous and conscious of my time. I can't ask anything more from a sales call. I ended up not replacing a unit this year, but I will strongly consider this company in the future. I would encourage others to include them as one of the companies in their bidding process. read more

I am new to the area and wasn't sure whom to call for AC service. I had my system go out on a Friday night. I called Climate Masters expecting to leave a voice mail. Instead, an answering service took my call and told me the technician, Kyle, would be calling me shortly. He did call within 20 mins and said he would be able to service the unit the next morning. I should expect a call after 9AM. About 10AM he called to ask for the service address and would be heading my way. Once here, Kyle was friendly and professional. He quickly worked on my AC unit and got it cooling again. I asked him to look at my smaller AC unit and he added Freon too. Since my unit is 10 years old, he shared with me the cost of replacing certain parts of the HVAC and the full system if/when I should want to do so. No pressure. No hard sell. I really appreciate Climate Masters and Kyle. Excellent service. Quality. Professional. Friendly. I felt like my business was important to them. That's a good feeling too. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this company! I called Climate Masters to come out and give me a quote on a new unit after another local, prominent hvac company made some repairs to my existing unit & told me my compressor was "dying". Of course this "other" company was also more than happy to quote me a replacement system for the mere price of $13,500! When the sales manager from Climate Master arrived at my home to give me a quote on a new system & heard the loud noise my compressor was making upon startup, he immediately asked if that "other company" had added freon to my unit when they supposedly made their "repairs"! Turns out that "other company" had overcharged my unit by adding too much freon causing that loud noise! After bleeding off the 2 pounds of freon "other company" had added, my unit is running as quietly and efficiently as ever! The Climate Masters rep and technician were at my house for over an hour, lost out on a potential multi-thousand dollar hvac purchase, and did NOT charge me a penny to "repair" the other company's mistakes/ineptitude! So, if you're looking for a truthful, honorable company to do your Hvac business with... Climate Masters is the one you want to use!!! It's truly refreshing to know that there are companies like Climate Masters that still take pride in being honorable in their work and are not driven only by dollar signs $$$$. They will be my ONLY hvac company from now on!!!! read more
