He put too much of a slope from our existing (then) 22 years old concrete deck (still great) toward our side yard. So obvious since it drops an entire brick in 10' length which left us a toe stumper to our existing side deck (was supposed to be a level transition)! It is just as bad from our home to the back yard. I am not exaggerating when I say we may have 2" of concrete in the radius to the side deck. The sides are honeycomb and gravel continues to fall out to this day. He never came back to fix it like he said he would. He came (unannounced) and poured it on a day it was rain heavy that night. It rained. My husband called because we had bean sized pits all over the top. Aaron came that night and rebooked the surface to cover the holes but it had stsrted setting up and left tall, sharp peaks that you can't walk on barefoot. We had spent time building and leveling a firepit we bought at Lowe's to the height we wanted for the concrete to be poured around it. When we arrived home from work, he had dismantled it, stacking it on our older concrete patio. He used the fire ring to mark a circle in the concrete - not even where we had it. We had to put it there because of the circle on the concrete and rebuilt it ourselves, because they just left it. Along with trash in our flower pots. They went cheap and bought bags of concrete mixing it in a wheelbarrow instead of a concrete truck as we were told. So, the excess got dumped in our yard. It took a 5# sledge to bust up, shovel into a 5 gallon bucket and 3 trips to my trash can so the grass could grow back. When dumping the gravel inside the forms, they backed their dump truck over our field beds & so close to our house that when they pulled forward dumping the gravel they tore our gutter ((looked like someone took a San opener under it for about a foot or more) on the back of our house and pushed the gutter away from the side of our house (you could see daylight between our brick & the gutter for a good 2". We then had to call a gutter company and per Aaron's request we pay them and he'd reimburse us the expense. He never and still owes us money for those repairs to this day. Whatever you do. Do not use this company. Save yourself the trouble and use a more dependable, honest, and caring company. We wasted a lot of money to turn around and do this job, again.

We paid almost 15K for a project and had to take time off work to supervise the crew, point out errors, & demand corrections. 2 of the 3 days we had to loan them our equipment to get the job done. SO much wasted time, added stress, and unnecessary troubles. They still demanded payment in full before they'd leave our property. They block customers on Facebook so reviews can't be posted there! When he did me a quote, I told him face to face that I only wanted siding. Didn't want to shell out almost $1000 extra for the soffits. I called the office a year later, when I had the money, and asked if the $4400 quote would still be good. The rude lady in the office asked Mike and she told me that he said it was fine. So, I thought all is good. I was so thrilled to get the new siding. The completed it 10/18/13. They hand me another copy of the quote and it said I owed $5215. I only had $4400, which was what I was told I had to pay. Mike added in the $815 extra for the soffits, even though I told him I didn't want to do that. I told him face to face no soffits. So, Mike calls me and says we have a problem because I didn't send enough money. I told him I didn't want that done. He proceeded to treat me like I was an idiot because I was home when it was done and I should've said something. I have never seen anyone get siding and I had no clue what all was done. He said I was a liar and I'm a thief because I'm stealing money from his company. I paid for what I told him I wanted done. It's not my fault that there was a miscommunication between Mike and the installers. To be called a liar and an idiot is bad. To be told that I will have to live with stealing money from his company when I did nothing wrong is more than I can tolerate! Stay away from this company because they will do more work than you want and then drop a bombshell on you and talk to you like you are lower than trash!!

We thought we were getting anderson windows after we asked WHT type windows we are getting before signing the contract because the quote had parts and labor lumped into one price. We went from anderson windows from Lowes to united windows from lowes(came in broke) to American Craftsman window (aka plygem) from home depot. Plygem has a BBB rating F and Forbes rates them a 3 out of 5. At any time we're we notified of the change untill I did some research on the installed windows and received a small credit on the difference. Out repair went on for 3 months and the communications with the office manager was really poor. On 3 occasions we phoned her for status reports on parts, appts etc and she was going to call someone and get a call back. Not once did we receive a call back. The only communication we had was on july 3rd to schedule insallation on july 6th. All customer service is done by email, i was contesting the invoice because of the window price difference ( anderson window to plygem windows) a phone call to discuss the issues would have been appreciated. This compan was $70 higher than window world but we like to use local companies when available so we paid the difference. 3 stars for the installers 0 stars for the owner and office mgr
