They were fine with the heat pump installation but absolutely incompetent in other facets of the job. Flooded my basement because they didn't turn the water off and cut into water pipes...talk about absolute idiocy! Had to call WCSA because they didn't know how to shut water off. Then the workers left without cleaning things up (and this is after I called their office to get their management down here...did they come right away? NO) My kitchen and carpeted floors were a disaster from them tracking mud and water from outside and the basement. Called their office again but since the office was closed by that time had to wait until the next day when their stupidvisor finally showed up he halfway cleaned the mess and stated (falsely) that it was cleaner than when they started, and trying to deflect THEIR RESPONSIBILITY by stating it was an unusual setup (BS!! They just can't admit that they screwed up because they didn't know what they were doing.) He then stated he poured BLEACH down the basement drain to try and unclogged all the crap they put down there to clean up...WTF?!?! Let's see what local and state agencies have to say about a business pouring bleach down a drain that runs into a ditch and into the ground water. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS FAST!! read more
