Very unique microbrewery in the Norris Dam state park. Very popular with hikers and bikers enjoying the beautiful East Tennessee outdoors. After an easy hike with daughter, grandson and son in law stopped here for a quick bite and a craft brew. I got the buffalo wings. Daughter got Kimchee wings. Son in law the buffalo chicken sandwich and grandson the plain old burger. you order at the counter and they let you taste samples of the craft brews. I chose one of the IPAs. They give you a number and bring your order to your table. Always a fun and tasty outing.

We're new to the Knoxville area, so we've been out exploring & so happy we passed by this place! My husband had the Chicago dog and I had the trout dip...both were fantastic! We sat outside on the dog friendly patio with our boys and enjoyed watching the koi & rainbow trout circle the pond. We'll go back to this place for sure!

This is actually inside the brewery where you order your beer. Lots of people looked very happy! I love the vibe!

This place was so cool! The people there were all ages and all types! It was warm and welcoming, and tastes were encouraged!

I would say if you're wanting to grab a beer with your dog after hiking this is the perfect place. Dog friendly beer garden with water bowls. I will admit, we went on a Wednesday and the only thing on the menu were bone in wings (and fries). My husband did have the wings and said they were good. Staff were super friendly, parking in front of building and behind. I would recommend if you're in the area.

Quite a wonderful place. Take an old TVA building with lots of room and several interesting spaces and transform it into an outstanding brew pub, with creative, tasty, filling locally made brews and ales. I could spend long days Amir nights here. Friendly, knowledgeable barkeeps. Laid back, totally relaxed vibe, with game boards and decks of cards provided. But the kicker and why we went back twice is the food. Who would have thunk that a bit of Big Easy could be found in Tennessee's Appy Mountains? Wonderful shrimp and grits floating in a rich roux. Unbelievable generous charcuterie board. Over the top crunchy sprouts and then zingy soy-fried potatoes. Just the start! Sandwiches and burgers looked huge. Next time!

    Go get a brew!!

Portions are very small and expensive. Food is not that good. Only craft beer. Trivia is a nightmare. I do not recommend

Food was out of this world - best we've ever had at a brewery. Lots of outdoor dog friendly spaces.

When our pizza arrived, it was very thin crust, and there were very few toppings and for a buffalo pizza, we couldn't find the buffalo sauce. Definitely not worth the price of the Pizza. There was a gentleman playing music outside that was quite good. In short, beer and service great. Food and pricing for food well below expectations. We would go back for drinks and live music.

I counted 23 taps of beer at the bar, virtually every style is covered, an impressive number and the three we tried were excellent. I had the West Coast IPA and my wife had the Oktoberfest and the Black Rice Lager. The service was excellent. Instead of going for the pizza, which they have a lot of, we went with the Pretzel and beer cheese which my wife liked better than I did. The real star was the Muffuletta sandwich which hands down was the best version of this sandwich I've ever had. The Olive spread had diced jalapeño in it so pretty spicy and oh so good. So between the many taps and that sandwich, CBB West gets a five star.
