Online DBT was chaotic to say the least. They would suddenly cancel DBT therapy on any given day, after we would rush from work to be on time before they counted us as absent and they would count it against our record and is something like 2 strikes and you are out. And no, you will not get your money back. Didn't care if there was a mental health emergency. They sadly only cared about our payment. There is so much hurt for teens and parents alike and is truly sad that places like this take advantage of the difficult times. Everyone will be so nice at first. They'll promise you the best therapeutic experience and help. You'll pay, and all the niceness is gone! You'll have to pay over a $grand at front for DBT and you/your teen will not get back 10 cents worth. You can just get the book and study it yourself. Look elsewhere. You and or your teen deserve better.

I saw Caylee for one session & she claimed she was in network with my insurance. When I called my…read moreinsurance company to verify this, they could not find her as an active provider. I found this odd, so I emailed Caylee for her NPI number and some other details. She provided these to me but still my insurance had issues. I emailed her a couple times relaying the concerns my insurance had and she decided to drop me as a client because I had "accused her of malpractice" when that in fact did not happen. I never accused her of any illegal practice, but relayed information that my insurance company had questions with. Rather than help me sort this out so I could become a regular client, she got outrageously defensive and deflective. She even told me that I needed to "sit with my distrust of providers before finding other therapists". The cherry on top is that after she dropped me as a client, she charged my card directly for our first session and didn't send a claim to my insurance. If she was so convinced she was in network, and was even willing to drop me as a client for questioning this, she should have processed this appointment with my insurance provider without any issues. This would have further proven her point that she was an in network provider. Because she did not do this and had a wildly inappropriate reaction to me questioning her insurance status, it makes be believe she is up to illicit activity. I'd try another clinic if I were you.

For us we found that with bright view counseling for both my children, 11 & 8. I love their app features as well to help remind me of appointments and easy cancellations. But besides that, I appreciate the tools we are getting in order to support our children who both equally love their own therapist. I highly recommend their office and therapist and I hope others find comfort and help with them as well. Little back ground both my children are adhd/asd and more. We started about 2 months ago and go once a week. Today my daughter is having a session in the park across the street while my son is having therapy in the office today with his therapist.

I wish we could have convinced our son to do it years ago. Unfortunately, our son ended his life at age 40 when he lost his battle with mental illness. His brain was so very sick for so long that we were unable to help him. We thought our grief would keep us in our dark tunnel of depression for the rest of our lives. I'm so thankful we reached out for help. Neurofeedback healed our brains and helped us to see that there is transformation after trauma, and now we take time to talk to others about the extreme value of this therapy for us. After a few months of doing neurofeedback, we also did talk therapy with a psychologist who specialized in trauma. We weren't ready to talk at first, but helping to heal my mental issues through this brain therapy enabled me to function more clearly. I no longer had the intense physical and emotional symptoms that made each day difficult to face. Everything felt calmer, and we could sleep at night! My husband and I still deeply miss our son everyday, but now can share our feelings with each other and others too. Even though our last therapy session ended last year, we still see positive changes in our personalities--meaning the negative emotions of anxiety, and depression associated with our grief, feel less overwhelming and intense, and are shorter, and less often than before. I'm able to actually write this review to you!!! Since doing neurofeedback, we have also had some additional family challenges as life will bring, and we have been able to weather the storm better than we ever had before, and to feel able to help loved ones effectively, yet manage our own emotions. The brain healing has stayed with us. No matter what your challenges, I urge you to put yourself and your brain first so that you can be better everyday. Bio and neurofeedback are easy non-invasive ways of regaining your peace and confidence. Not all centers are well-equipped with the best possible technology and equipment through the country.
