As a kid, I wanted to become everything from prima ballerina, to olympic javelin thrower, rally…read moredriver perhaps? Well my body has decided that, nope, couch potato was the default setting.. So needless to say, I have had to meet a couple of physiotherapists in my day, most of them terrible. At one point, I was in such bad shape, that I asked a pro sportsperson for help, Clinique du plateau came very highly recommended.
I was pretty much blown away when after one session, my therapist identified an underlying issue I had no idea about. It all made sense then! Over the years she has dealt patiently with all my aches, and questions, which not many health professionals do.Now, this is a physio clinic, so 1) it's private, expect to shell out 75$ per session (you do get an insurance receipt) and 2) expect having exercises to do at home, they are half the fun!
They deal with any physical issue that might arise, not only sport injuries but also facial therapy, pediatrics and dry-needling..
