I hated Clinique Minceur at 2060, boul Curé-Labelle, Laval, QC H7T 1V6. Their service is just plain terrible. I will die before I go back to that Clinique. I bought their promotion laserlipo package. I actually booked my first ever appointment the same week. And I wrote it down as she told me the appointment on the phone. And when I arrived that day the next week, I was told that the secretary booked it on a different date. I was told to go home and come back as I missed my appointment. But I am someone who have a habit of calling the evening before to confirm my appointment booked even though it was only booked the week before. Everything was fine when I reconfirmed my appointment the evening before. At the end, after much arguing, they let me stay for my appointment but my appointment was shortened by half. It was supposed to be an hour and half and I got only 30 minutes out of it. At the end of the 1st appointment, I have confirmed and booked a second appointment as I have a package with them. But after I booked for an appointment with them in person and left, they called me back on my phone to cancel it ON VOICEMAIL.
I called back and asked why, and they said they made a mistake with the reservation for the next appointment and offer me an alternate date. I was furious but accepted. My date was changed to another date for the clinique's scheduling convenience (while an appointment should be at a date and time at the convenience of the customer).
When I arrived at my 2nd appointment this time around, I found out my appointment altogether was canceled without any prior notice. I was extremely upset and asked why did they not call me about it. They shrugged their shoulders. So I asked for a refund, and they never refunded me back the money I was requested and which I paid for.
This is a scammer Esthetique Clinique. Ladies and Gentlemen! Stay away like the pLague. They may rip you off like they did for me.
