Dana was quick to respond and super accommodating. She was able to get me in for an appointment the very next day! I arrived at her spa (its in her home, don't let this deter you) and it was beautifully decorated, clean, and very professional. Dana was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. We spent the most time making sure the shape and design of my eyebrows was right before starting. Dana listened to my preferences, but also used measurements to determine which brow shape would be best for my face. Dana was super professional and quick. The end result was amazing! I have lived my whole life with sparse eyebrows. Having to fill them in everyday. When I saw my face in the mirror I couldn't believe it looked like real hair was on my brows. She did such a fantastic job. I've been researching microblading professionals for years and I can promise you, you won't find someone as inexpensive and talented as Dana in the Montreal area. I bought their promotion laserlipo package. I actually booked my first ever appointment the same week. And I wrote it down as she told me the appointment on the phone. And when I arrived that day the next week, I was told that the secretary booked it on a different date. I was told to go home and come back as I missed my appointment. But I am someone who have a habit of calling the evening before to confirm my appointment booked even though it was only booked the week before. Everything was fine when I reconfirmed my appointment the evening before. At the end, after much arguing, they let me stay for my appointment but my appointment was shortened by half. It was supposed to be an hour and half and I got only 30 minutes out of it. At the end of the 1st appointment, I have confirmed and booked a second appointment as I have a package with them. But after I booked for an appointment with them in person and left, they called me back on my phone to cancel it ON VOICEMAIL. I called back and asked why, and they said they made a mistake with the reservation for the next appointment and offer me an alternate date. I was furious but accepted. My date was changed to another date for the clinique's scheduling convenience (while an appointment should be at a date and time at the convenience of the customer). When I arrived at my 2nd appointment this time around, I found out my appointment altogether was canceled without any prior notice. I was extremely upset and asked why did they not call me about it. They shrugged their shoulders. So I asked for a refund, and they never refunded me back the money I was requested and which I paid for. This is a scammer Esthetique Clinique. Ladies and Gentlemen! Stay away like the pLague. They may rip you off like they did for me. Completely untrustworthy and completely terrible. Highly NOT recommended! Never go there!!!

Terrible service! Staff is uneducated, un-experienced and salon has a high turnover. Did 2 years…read moreworth (every 6-8 week sessions) of IPL treatments which is unheard of with terrible results. My hair did grow back thinner but it's still 85% there with pigmentation. I'm not taking any hormone pills, my skin is not tanned and my hair was dark and thick. AKA...perfect candidate or so I was told. They never used a gel on me prior to the treatments as they should be. Each session took approximately 15 minutes but should've been longer as I was covering full leg, full bikini, and full arm. They tried to push me to buy a third year's worth of treatments but I wanted to see if there was any improvement after my last treatment. There was not. When I called back to complain, the lady on the phone told me that they can't guarantee results such as doctor's can't guarantee a cancer patients results when doing treatment. Like I said, horrible service! Within the waiting period, I had visited to renowned IPL hair removal clinics who both guaranteed at least an 80% hair loss after 8 treatments. I do not recommend this spa for IPL hair removal and I'm disappointed that a company could just rob someone of their money like that with no care in the world. Thanks for nothing Ten Spa!

I went there about 6 times to get a bikini wax, and I would say that, 2 out of the 6 women that waxed me, knew what they were doing. Recently I went, and the young girl had no idea what she was doing, she kept waxing the same area multiple times, which resulted in severe bruising around my bikini area. When I went to speak to the manager, the manager said it was my skin's fault, she did not even care. Horrible customer service, I also came to find out they use the same wax on all their clients which can result in serious infections. Do not go there for waxing.
