When you need a dependable local business, don't call Clinton Floral. I placed a same-day order with Clinton Floral after an unexpected family death. I received an order confirmation and saw a pending charge on my card, so I assumed everything was fine. A week later, I found out the recipients never received anything. When I called the shop to ask what happened, the call was answered unprofessionally with a curt "Hello?" and silence. Once I confirmed I had the right business and provided order details, I was met with rudeness and a condescending tone. They claimed there was a payment issue--despite the pending charge on my card--and said they tried to contact me. I received no email, no call, nothing. Their failure to follow up meant the grieving family never received the intended support, and the owner's dismissive, unprofessional attitude made it worse. Even if payment issues arise, basic communication and courtesy are non-negotiable. Sadly, Clinton Floral seems to operate as if being the only local option gives them a pass on professionalism. It doesn't. I won't be using them again--and I'd strongly recommend you don't either. read more

Clinton Floral is my go to shop! Joy is amazing and her flowers/plants are top tier! The shop is beautiful and she always has a great selection. She is always willing to work with your budget and if you need something specific she will go out of her way to find it for you. You can't go wrong, I would give 10 stars if I could. read more

We live out of state and my wife has used this shop to send flowers to her mom, who has lived in Clinton for 30 years. Her husband passed recently and we ordered flowers for his service. While we understand some flowers may be limited when ordering, the bouquet that was delivered looked terrible, we saw a picture, and the flowers were wilted. When my wife called to express her dismay, she was hung up on. We called a day later and the owner was argumentative over the phone, basically denying there was anything wrong. Owner did finally say she was sorry we were not happy. Guess you can treat customers poorly if they don't live in town. Beware. If you don't live in town and can pick up your order, you're liable to be taken advantage of and treated poorly on the phone. We'll use another vendor from now on. read more

If I could give you a zero I would. We ordered a pillow for my granddaughter's funeral to be put in the casket with her. When we arrived at the funeral home, the pillow said niece instead of granddaughter. They were already closed and with the funeral the next day, there wasn't enough time to get this corrected. We called them to explain, and all we got was you should have called us right away and they were sorry. Wouldn't even refund our money. This is such poor customer service especially for a distraught family relying on your services. This is really sad. read more

Clinton Floral screwed up our funeral order and acted unprofessional, blaming of course the computer. These were not cheap flowers, and we were very disappointed. They also screwed up a relative's order, same funeral. They should not be making excuses - this is their business. Don't bother calling Clinton Floral. read more

I would recommend Clinton Floral to everyone. They have the friendliest staff and service, and their arrangements are always exactly as I explain them. They did my wedding flowers and the only instructions I gave the owner were my theme and colors. She created flowers so beautiful and perfect that they brought me to tears.
