I ordered the Premium version of the Springtime Reward bouquet from the photos on their site for a next day delivery (photo of cheaper version attached). Also attached is a photo of the bouquet my friends actually received. It looks nothing like the bouquet promised. When I called, I was told through an "error" they did not add the extra flowers that are supposed to come with the Premium version. And that they did not have the flowers in the bouquet photo-- so they made substitutions. Their resolution was to offer me $10 off the price. I didn't bother taking it & chalked this disappointing experience up to a lesson learned. The recipients live in Sterling-- they can let folks there know that the product delivered looks nothing like the product pictured, ordered or paid for. read more

Stopped in about ten minutes before close on a Saturday. The staff (two older ladies) seemed a little rude. Very short, sounded disappointed when they started talking to me. I could tell they weren't happy we came in. If they don't want my business then I'm happy to take it elsewhere, which I did. The store was still open when we walked in. We walked out at 1:55 and the minute we did they turned off the open sign and locked the door. I don't recommend. Bad customer service. Won't go ever again. It's not even like it was late at night and they were tired after a long day. For gods sake it wasn't even 2:00 in the afternoon. read more

I ordered rose petals for my wedding day. When I called I was told 13x6 inch sized bags were $5 each so I ordered 20 bags. I had my fiancé pick them up Saturday, the day before our wedding. When he brings them to me, he hands me 10 13x6 bags and says "they told me they gave me 10 bags because they're double the regular size bags". I measure them and they are in fact 13x6 bags but I had ordered 20 bags. Since it was Saturday and Memorial Day weekend, Lundstrom's was closed until Tuesday. We were short 10 bags of rose petals one day before our wedding with nothing to do about it. We finally called Tuesday and Lundstrom's kept saying they made a mistake by telling us the normal size was 13x6 because that in fact is the bigger sized bags. Regardless of what is the actual size or not, I ordered 20 13x6 bags and only received 10. Truly disappointed on my wedding day. read more

No! The bouquet was dying. There were at least five wilted flowers. Brown edges. They were sent by a friend and I didn't have the heart to tell her. What an awful arrangement. While the flowers are beautiful, the element of surprise is ruined. A representative calls before the delivery to confirm the SURPRISE order. They might as well read the message at that point. We recently moved to this town which is much smaller than any city we have ever lived in which is more reason why I assumed the little things meant so much more. read more

Brides BEWARE!! Lundstrom RUINED my wedding day! If I could give them zero stars, I would! They recently did my wedding flowers, and I am shocked how horribly they botched things. Despite several meetings, we had to correct their mistakes each time because they do not write down changes or notations from meetings. We gave very detailed instructions to their "wedding coordinator," but she does not write things down, because the last two meetings, she kept trying to sell us additional bouquets that we had already told her we no longer wanted. We specified the exact color and type of flowers we wanted for all the bouquets (all roses, all white) and wrote down notes that we got from her. Despite these careful preparations, Lundstrom made one mistake after another. They gave me the wrong color bouquets an hour before the wedding, which had the wrong type of flowers altogether. It took awhile for me to realize that the stranger lurking in my dressing room was from this company, because she never said a word to me. (FYI- don't hover like a creep while someone is trying to get dressed!) Even when the "owner" left the church to have new ones made, she returned with bouquets in the correct color, but ignored my desperate complaint that they were the wrong flowers to begin with. My bridesmaids ended up with filler flowers mere moments before I walked down the aisle! How hard is it to understand "all roses, all white"? They paid no attention to the special instructions I gave them for another floral display- I showed the "wedding coordinator" exactly how big I wanted it to be using my hands to indicate shape and size, said I wanted only white roses, and expressed that I did not want any filler or extra greens mixed in- only the tightly bunched white roses, with a small fern extending along the bottom to give it length. What I got was a bouquet about 5 times the size I wanted so that it dwarfed my unity candle, consisting mostly of green filler and cheesy white garbage, and only 3 white roses that were already turning brown. I was told that I would be receiving a phone call to discuss the problem, but instead, I was only met with hostility and indignation. They refuse to take responsibility for their unprofessional products and behavior, and don't seem to care that they RUINED my wedding day. From what they have told me, they order the bouquets from another company, so I would have just ordered directly and gone with the real florist to begin with, had I known they would be such a nightmare. I will be sure to tell every single person I know that Lundstrom does not deserve their business. read more
