We got told they had a hard time getting a blood draw and couldn't get urine because he was dehydrated- but wouldn't give him fluids. A vet never even spoke to me, only a tech that came to get our cat from the car and return him to us. We ended up going to Sand Road Vet in Falls Village the next day, who provided amazing care and we worked directly with a vet. Ultimately we ended up needing to put our suffering cat down, which VCA Bristol wouldn't have figured out for a while since all they did was bloodwork (which came back perfect)

On the day of the appointment, she arrived promptly and when she greeted my dogs, they instantly took to her! She led them to her van parked outside and even little Ruby, who usually clings to me, went with her eagerly. She brought them back about an hour later. Zorro, who had been dingy grey and black, was restored to his white and black glory; Noodles gleamed like onyx and Ruby was soft as cashmere. They had all lost their "dirty dog" odor and smelled wonderful! She had tied a seasonal bandana around each of their necks and even gave us a picture of the 3 of them that could be hung on a Christmas tree. Their next appointment is a month from now. Colleen obviously loves what she does and is excellent at it too.
