I interrupted him immediately and said to him that he was assuming that I had a cheap battery, not an original and that there was no need to yell at me. He said that everyone comes with cheap batteries, to which I replied "I'm not everyone", Then he said "Well I guess you had better go somewhere else then," to which I said, "Oh yes, I most definitely WILL be doing somewhere else!" No good manners. No customer service. Arrogant and unapologetic. Avoid him like the plague.

It was set up fully for me in a reasonable about of time, I was provided with information not just about my laptop but also about updating my dated external drive and a few other ways to solve some of my back up issues. When I noticed with something wasn't quite right with the laptop, a quick call to Cameron and trip into town, he found what was wrong and got me to send it back to the manufacturer under warranty with his support. Did a full data back up for me before it went and then checked all the data and the fix once it returned. Vitally important when I signed up to do an online course that will take 12 - 18 months to complete. I wasn't charged an arm and a leg nor with inflated pricing, the price was reasonable, the service is impeccable and I will be getting maintenance and buying some extras from Cameron to keep it in great shape and my data safe.
