Wow, have to find a new dentist!…read more So I've had a couple of great experiences here. Dr Ove is gentle and doesn't yell at me for drinking tea and red wine. I was way overdue for a check up so I phoned to see if I could get in with him. They said they don't take appointments but he'd be there between 2-5:00 on a certain day. I got there right before 2 and when I checked in, they said it would be well over an hour before he could see me. So that isn't going to cut it as a "lunch break" out of the office. Unfortunately, since I have to be at work almost all the hours they're open, this place is an utter fail for me. I can't believe they won't take appointments for dental check ups, it's completely ridiculous!

I was given an appointment to be seen by a dentist for today, March 27th. By the way Happy St Patrick'Day! Arrived for my 8:30am appt at about 8:24. The front desk was very friendly and profesional. I was given a form to fill out and surprisingly there was no sign saying payment due for services rendered. No sooner had I finished completing the form I was called in to see the dentist. Again no sooner had I entered the room the dentist arrived. The dentist, Dr Alexander Jabour greeted me with a handshake and proceeded to ask about my concern. He listened attentively, answered all my questions, examined me and took X-rays himself. He was gentle, careful, professional and most important knew his dentistry. He also was not in a rush. My experience here was great. Yes it was a dentist office, but this place is clean, professional and he knows what he's doing. After careful examination he assured me that I did not require any anti biotic. I believe he's trained in medicine and dentistry and has been at this practice for at least 20 years. I wish he practiced in my home town.

I always received excellent treatment there, so when they moved to Palmers Green, I had no hesitation in staying with them. The new clinic is conveniently located right opposite the tube station, making it very easy to reach. It's a brand-new space with a welcoming atmosphere -- the waiting area has comfortable seating, a free coffee station, and beautiful design details and art pieces. It almost feels like you're on Harley Street, but you're actually in Palmers Green. This time, I visited them to have both of my lower wisdom teeth removed under sedation. I chose sedation because I was quite anxious about the procedure and preferred not to have any memory of it. Dr. Ketan, who is also my regular dentist and absolutely fantastic, handled the sedation with great care and reassurance. The extraction was performed by Dr. Shahrokh Ali, the clinic's oral surgeon, who was equally impressive -- calm, professional, and highly skilled. The procedure was quick, painless, and I felt completely at ease throughout. I also want to give a huge thank you to the admin team, especially Crystal and Jennifer, who have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. A special mention goes to Jennifer -- she has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Proactive, patient, always one step ahead, and genuinely kind. Honestly, she's better than my own PA! She followed up, made sure everything was clear and smooth, and made me feel taken care of at every stage. This clinic continues to deliver a level of care and service that is truly hard to find.
