A writing of Ralph Waldo Emerson greets you from the wall as you enter. They space is cozy and clean with lots of warm and strong colors alike. The owners, Susie and Elaine looked like models a la Lauren Hutton. Their strong sense of fashion and style make their men's boutique extra special. They had socks, ties, bow ties, etc to satisfy any taste and or style. The placement and display of each item was done with care and concentration. I purchased a handcrafted leather bracelet from the Anthony Payton collection. It's soft and subtle, but a statement piece no less. It was an enjoyable grand opening. I wish this new business well.

You can walk in and he can tell not only what style of clothes you'll be interested in, but also your exact measurements. He'll remember what you were interested in the last time. This guy rocks. Not my exact taste as far as the casual clothes go, but for suits, slacks, and jeans, it is harder to find better prices on items of this quality anywhere else you'll go. He is also rents out tuxes and formal wear for men. He's where I got the tuxes for my wedding. Top notch service. Good clothes. Highly recommended for any guy.

As I have seen other hot topics will have more merchandise than this one. My service hasn't been horrible but it's not the best. One time me and my sister went there and they had two Digital Circus shirts there, and they were both in the last chance rack. The only thing they have here now are just squishes. Even those aren't that great, $10 for 1, and the quality isn't that great. I have the Pomni and Jax one, and the pomni already had stress marks on it, and Jax looks like a dead grape after you squeeze it once. I wish they could leave the Muncie Mall and open in one of these closed stores all over the place.

They have quite a collection of men's clothing-Levi's, Carharts, tux rental, pro-sports apparel, and big and tall clothes. Their women's selection is upstairs (not handicap accessible to my knowledge) and fairly large as well. Their prices are more than what you would pay at Kohls, but you're also saving the gas driving to Lima or Findlay and the customer service is hands-on. They'll help you find what you're looking for or, if you're shopping alone, provide input on your selections. I'd recommend going when you get a coupon in the mail. (Their clearance area does have some good markdowns). Also, I"m not sure if they still do, but they used to allow things to be brought home "on-approval" meaning you had three days to decide if you'd pay for it and keep it or bring it back. Except for one bad experience many years ago at a store in Cutler Bay, Florida... i have never regretted spending my money at a Men's Wearhouse. So after not buying any of the above type of clothing since June/July of 2019 due to covid and because i have tons of business meetings/conferences coming up, i needed a new wardrobe. I came to this Men's Warehouse in Lima because it was the nearest location to my home. Walking into this location, i have to say that it is the smallest Mens Warehouse location i have ever been inside and i have been to plenty of their stores in Miami. Do not expect a large selection here. Although i was able to find a good amount of the items I needed, there was a significant portion of what I bought that had to be ordered. Also, expect to wait while at this location. Its not fault of the staff either. Every time i have gone, i have seen the same two women working at this store... one of them being the assistant manager. They hustle! They work really hard and they give amazing customer service. They are just obviously overwhelmed. There is enough business/work here for their staff to be easily doubled or tripled. But these two take care of phone calls, alterations, tuxedo rentals, pickup from customers, purchases, orders, etc. Every other Men's Wearhouse i have gone to have at least 3 or more salespeople alone, along with a manager and one person handling the alterations. These two women are handling the work of like six people... and they do it with a smile. Still, be warned... you will wait. Besides buying clothing, i also had to have my custom suit altered a bit along with altering some of the clothing i bought... again it was done well so no complaints from me. All in all, its a great Mens Wearhouse. Considering the business it has... it should expand... both in size of the store, merchandise it has available and most importantly in staff.
