Designer created a nice design based on needs. However during install I discovered to missed including inserts she mentioned. Never explained they were extra. Our design person was Alexandra, she's prompt for appt, easy to work with, and has good ideas. Their installation guys, Anthony and Desmond, were great; they worked with focus, were nice, they cut the baseboards, everything fit perfectly, they also cleaned up. Eden the customer svc manager is also fantastic, working thru an issue on their end. Overall a good experience, the closet looks good ...ended up wanting a few more shelves, and is no problem for Alexandra to order. read more

I had Closets By Design do my main closet! 2 guys came on the designated day at the designated time! They told me it would take about 2 hours! I was initially worried that I would have less space for hanging clothes! Boy was I wrong to be worried! They finished in 2 and a half hours! After they cleaned up the area, I signed the paperwork saying it was completed! Then I began returning all my hanging clothes, shirts and pants, back into my new closet! After I was done, I was amazed to see that I had much more space for everything I need to have in the closet! As Project Manager for a total renovation of a two-bedroom, two-bath, and den condominium, I needed to select a closet company to add the final touches to the project. Closets are very personal items for owners as this is where they store their items for everyday access. As it turned out, my selection was easier than I had thought. After seeing their Closets by Design' ads on Instagram, I made an appointment with one of their skilled designers, who guided me through the selection path. After approval from the owners, the closets went into the manufacturing process: an on-time completion and scheduled meeting with their team of expert installers. The installers took extreme care of protecting the installation area, which consisted of four closets, a pantry, and a custom desk. They were able to complete the entire installation in less than one day and left the area cleaner than before they came. The owners were thrilled with the results and immediately started showing their closets to friends who reviewed their new home. We felt this presented the balance for best value and the nod to them because of the helpfulness of the designer. Only my hubby makes a super early morning appointment with the design consultant for closets, on a Saturday on top of it. I really did want to get my master bedroom closet customized. So I had the perfect place for my boots, heels, handbags, scarves, belts... And not to mention my gazillion clothes. Ever since we moved into the new house I haven't really done an over the top organization of my closet. In the past I have organized my closet by colors or materials or clothing type etc. Julia Johnson from Closets by Design came yesterday morning to give us a free consultation. I had previously told my hubby to get a price quote and we can discuss it later. But he was so impressed by her experience and her ideas for our closets that he woke me up. I'm glad he did because I got to decide exactly what color wood/ materials we wanted. She drew and measured our closets and gave us all the ideas in a timely manner. We ended up signing with Closets by Design yesterday to customize our two walk in closets as well as our linen closet in our master bedroom. On Monday they will set a date within two weeks to install and customize our closets. I can't wait Im so excited. Honestly if your worried about the costs they have many options to lower the costs. Also no project is too big or small for them. They customize garages, pantries, linen closets, offices etc. We ended up doing our entire master bedroom walk in closets and linen closet. Sometimes as humans we don't realize how organized closets can start the day right to finish. I would definitely recommend them if your in Palm Beach county for a consultation of your closet. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Spent 16,000 on cabinets that look like they are from Home Depot! Installers we not the problem, the closets and they way they look r horrible! I should have read the reviews before I ordered them!!!! Their idea of crown molding is a joke! What a waste of money and time..... The installers left and didn't even say they were finished also never put in the belt and tie draw separates... spoke to the owner who just likes to hear himself talk before you can get a word in.....He was telling me how he puts closets in for celebrity's I would love to know what celebrity would have the junk in their house....... Do your homework and find a company with better quality cabinets!!!!!!!! read more

I needed to replace the standard wire closets in my daughter's room. Upon contacting many closet builders, I met with this rep, who was fantastic. Very professional and easy to deal with. The project price was adequate, so I had them do the job. Sadly, that's where the good part ended. The schedule time changed last minute, which I managed, upon the build process, I heard the worker on the phone saying there was a problem. The wrong measurements were taken, so the needed to cut the closet material down several inches, leaving it with an uneven balance. The backing is connected on all backs except the side they needed to cut. Materials left over that didn't fit, due to the change in measurements were just left around the outside of the house. There was little to no cleanup from interior, or exterior from the cutting. Parts are loose.. I'm very disappointed in this selection. There was zero follow up from anyone at closets by design. Even uber asks for follow up on a $5 ride, surely you'd think a $2,000 project would have some customer service involved. I do not recommend these guys. Great start, terrible execution and after sales. read more
