For $125 they sent a doz roses, fully wide opened like they'd been delivered a week ago. They were HORRIBLE! They said they would send me a picture, but they didn't because they KNEW they were bad flowers. I'm in TX & they thought I'd never know. My sister sent me a picture & I was ashamed they had our name on them! I called them on Saturday, left a message. Sent texts with pics. NO RESPONSE. If I could give ZERO STARS I would!! They should replace what they sent with FRESH flowers. I've included pictures, below, of what they sent along with a picture of what a FRESH arrangement looks like. This is what I always send to funerals. I've never been more disappointed by a florist!

There was an older gentleman that came out and checked on us while we were shopping. He was very friendly without being "used car salesman pushy". We told him we were simply looking for something that might make a good Christmas present but we had no idea what we wanted. He told us to take our take and didn't make us feel obligated to buy something. The other person was a young girl behind the counter. She offered us some suggestions about a few items on the counter that my wife was looking at and she offered to wrap up our purchase for free and she did a great job of it.
