I have been to Cloud nine several times and enjoyed most visits. There seems to be real younger assholes whom look down on those of us looking for tried OG's strains that work for pain and talk down to the older patrons looking for lower Thc 16 to 22. I really have found high thc strains that actually give absolutely no pain management, but also believe the Rogue Valley could care less for true medicinal THC/ CBD STRAINS. It took 6 years and 5 back surgeries before I can almost walk and move without having an extreme amount of pain The only thing I have ever found to help nerve pain is the true Harlequin 1 to 1 They no longer have this strain available for vaping or smoking. Medical marijuana is disappearing for unme through genetics. You take my medicine and make it worthless...the freaking pharmaceutical companies are messing it up again! This is THE best dispensary I have been to. This is also my husband's favorite. The staff and owners are such lovely people and are extremely helpful. They really know their products and won't treat you like you're a number or like you're an idiot because you're not sure about what you want/need. I can't really speak to their products... I'm not a smoker or anything. They do have a really good variety of tinctures, vape cartridges, bud, glass... This place really is as good as it gets! Excellent customer service, very neat and clean store, always, super professional experience every time. They are always so generous when you make a purchase, too. I have been a loyal customer for years. However the other day I try to bring my service dog in and the owner refused to allow her to enter. When I try to point out to the owner that service dogs are by law allowed to enter businesses, the owner said she was not bound by federal laws or regulations. I chose this dispensary because it was nearby When I tried to return the pen I purchased within seconds it wasn't hard to tell that the owner is a despicable repulsive human. Go to another dispensary!!!!! I purchased a pen and spent over $50. The Budtender confirmed if I am not happy with the pen, I can return the pen. I attempted to return the pen and the owner denied me immediately. Never gave me an opportunity to even speak or explain what I was previously told by his employee. Chose this place primarily because of the positive reviews, and the fact that they take credit cards when many of the others in the area do not. Staff was very helpful (although the first person who tried to answer my questions was fairly new and referred us to his more experienced coworker). I was looking for edibles with a specific ratio of CBD/THC and while they didn't have exactly what I wanted they were able to suggest some products that fit the bill. Definitely recommend! read more
