Very disappointed in this place. I've been a loyal customer here for some time because they have a…read moregreat variety of cigars. I would say I spend on avg $1200 - $1400 per year here. On 8/25 I went in there to purchase some cigars and noticed a box of cigars that had been discounted to 50% off. When I took it the register it rang up $125.00. I asked the clerk, how many cigars are in there because the box did not say. She responded by telling me there were 20 cigars in the box. For reference, I usually buy a box of Gallo Pinto's by Rojas (20 total) for $115 at Rigsby's in Paris Tx. When I got home and opened the box, there were only 10 cigars in there! When I tried to return it, they wouldn't give me my money back because it was a 'sale item'. Even when I tried to explain that it was a mistake on their part, they refused to give me money back. Fair enough, if you want to cheat me over $100 because your clerk made an honest mistake, then I'll stop doing business with you. Just an FYI, if you had given me a refund it would have been no problem to just go in there and get something else. Instead, you wanted to give me a credit. BAD Business decision by someone who doesn't value their customers!
