On 8/25 I went in there to purchase some cigars and noticed a box of cigars that had been discounted to 50% off. When I took it the register it rang up $125.00. I asked the clerk, how many cigars are in there because the box did not say. She responded by telling me there were 20 cigars in the box. For reference, I usually buy a box of Gallo Pinto's by Rojas (20 total) for $115 at Rigsby's in Paris Tx. When I got home and opened the box, there were only 10 cigars in there! When I tried to return it, they wouldn't give me my money back because it was a 'sale item'. Even when I tried to explain that it was a mistake on their part, they refused to give me money back. Fair enough, if you want to cheat me over $100 because your clerk made an honest mistake, then I'll stop doing business with you. Just an FYI, if you had given me a refund it would have been no problem to just go in there and get something else. Instead, you wanted to give me a credit. BAD Business decision by someone who doesn't value their customers!

When I called and told them, the guy just kept saying he wasn't there the night before (ok?). Told me he'd talk to his boss. Well, I never heard anything so I went back the next Wednesday as that is the only time I'm on that side of town. The woman working did everything she could to help me, short of calling the owner. She said if she did that she risked her job and she has seen the owner 'yell until he's red in the face' at customers over similar issues and never makes it right. She took my info and said he'd be in the next day and he'd call me. Well, Mr. Can't run a business without threatening his employees didn't call me. Surprise. I spent $20 at this shop for tampered product and he can't even call. If he runs his business as described, no wonder he's strapped for $20. They can keep it, I'm never going back there and will tell everyone I know about it. Moreover, I get the same exact joints for $13 elsewhere. Literally no reason to go here.
